That's awesome, Cindy!! Hope that you get either VWL or BCV. That's part of the reason that I wanted BCV was because of SAB, and the idea that it's closer to EPCOT for F&WF.

Here's to hoping that more waitlists come through for everyone!!!! :wizard:

WHAT A BLAST!! - Anyone who is certified I highly recommend this backstage tour!!

on Wednseday. National weather service reviewed the damages, and radar images and determined that we were hit by a tornado. Our house only had a few limbs broken but our next door neighbor lost his three seson room. A LOT of really big trees were down and other structural damages done around us. Four HUGE trees took out the power lines and blocked a major area roadway. We have been busy since then and I have no pics to share yet. Our electricity is finally on and staying on. But the pole in our backyard lost its anchor cable when a larg tree landed on the wires down the street from us. Over 6 inches of rain in our area. The main path seems to have been 100 yards wide and 1 mile long. Less than 200 yards from our house. Luckily we had no real damage and no one was home. Also no real injuries to anyone nearby either. I will try and get a few pics and post them.

Wow! So glad your safe and there was little damage to your property. Tornados just amaze me AND scare the bejeezers out of me.

Wow, scary!! I'm glad that it turned out well for you.

I know that we're getting ready for hurricane season around here. They have updated our hurricane evacuation zones, and we've been moved from B to A, which means that we are now the first to be evacuated. So, we've been working on cleaning up our old pine trees and getting hurricane shutters. That's part of the reason that I've been cleaning up my office/scrap room so much lately, because I want to be prepared to leave with all my memorabilia and important papers quickly.

Steve - glad you're okay and not too much damage - it's been a weird weather year so far.

Curt and Karen - too tired to go to the game - I did manage to get most of the back lawn done before the rain and then I started working on the weeds - I hope to finish my yard work this weekend and that includes planting some flowers! Work, work, work for me - no baseball game but ds just called and it sounds like a good game!
Cool pictures from your dive Curt - you're much braver than I am.

What a handsome little man you have there! :)

My older son, Cameron will be 12 when we sail. Stacy's son Nick is also right around the same age 11 or 12. I'm sure they will meet up in the Lab. :cool1: :cool1:

Thanks for all the nice comments about DS, I'll pass them on. :teeth: His hair isn't that blond anymore, and he's got that pre-teen tude thing going on(if you know what I mean) :rolleyes2, but yes, the girls are already calling. I'm glad to hear there will be other boys on the cruise. I'm being a horrible mother, taking him out of school and all.

RRBB, I'm a scrapbooker too, but I've yet to tackle my cruises. I should probably set a goal of getting them done before this next cruise, eh?

Steve - Glad you guys are okay. Another reason we live in Oregon. Lots of rain but very little of anything else. :thumbsup2

Remember when I said, "Mickey loves the Red Wings?" Well come to find out he loves the TIGERS too!!!!

That's so cute Curt! (And great dive pics, I don't think I posted that!)

Stacy and I met a Mickey at the World of Disney in NYC on Friday! This was Rosie O'Donnell's. I was so happy to get to see one because I missed them all by just a couple of weeks both times when they were all at WDW.

Great pictures, Curt! However, it just isn't right unless Mickey is in a Cubs uniform. I may be in FL, but I'm still a die-hard Cubs fan!!

Awesome Mickey picture of Diana & Stacy too!!! I'm glad that you guys had such a good time in NYC.

Call me crazy, I don't want to pay $600 for my family to just get down there!! What the heck am I going to do?

Heck, if I were to fly out of Toronto, it would cost the two of us $1,200.00! :confused3

Just wait for those DINGS!

Last year the two of us flew out of Buffalo for $200! with a DING!

Hope you can find a good cost!

Well, we've officially done it. We've officially started potty-training Madison. She got up this morning, and we took off the diapers, and put on the panties. I have my Resolve carpet cleaner all ready to go, and the washer is empty. I know that this is going to be a rough weekend, but I'm pretty sure that she's ready.

Wish me luck ('cuz I'm gonna need it).

Good Luck!

I was lucky, my mom trained DD! And the funny thing was, she used the same Training Potty as she had me use! :lmao: :lmao:

I've decided I'm going to train Julia and Emma together. My problem with training Emma this whole time has been there's always diapers around for Julia and she wants to wear them too. :sad2: My goal is have both trained by the end of July. That way, Julia doesn't have to hang in Flounders and can be with Emma!

Thanks Diana! We've already had 2 accidents, but I knew that this was going to happen. We had the same thing with Emily, but I'm willing to stick with it. She has to be potty-trained by August, so that she can go to preschool.

So, maybe, if we're both successful, all the girls will be in the Club.

Greetings all - live from the Magic. Having a great time already and have met so many wonderful DISers. We have had 4 DIS meets already. JB's for dinner last night, the Radisson last night, Grills for breakfast this morning, and with the new boarding procedures a good size before we boarded.

Steve - sorry to hear about the storm and glad the damage wasn't worse.

Happy Birthday Jessica!

Good luck Amy with PT!

Sounds like this June date could be great. Can't wait. Sorry I left off Steve and Coleen - chalk it up to brain freeze from this cruise. The more the merries and if we can get the neighborning states to come in all the better!
