2006 DVC Member Cruise - SSMC06 - October 22, 2006 Part 2

It's been great reading all of these - -

Here's mine:

1) Before I found the DIS I used to hang out......on Creating Keepsakes message board for scrapbooking

2) Before I bought into DVC my vacation style was.....We would only go to WDW for short trips and stay off property. And, we also used to do Sandals each year for about 3 years.

3) Since we are going to Castaway Cay for two days I'm going to try something new...I told Chris that I always wanted to do the Banana Boat, but I'm not sure about the parasailing. Chris loved it a couple of years ago. I'm also thinking about taking Emily to see the stingrays, since she'll turn 5 just before the cruise.

4) The item I think I'm going to like the most out of the SSMC06 shop Diana put up is....We'll be getting t-shirts, but I think that I'll like the ornament the best. I have lots of ornaments from different travels, and I love to look back on them. And, t-shirts wear out, ornaments last.

5) If I could spend 5 minutes with Jim Lewis I would tell him...I would tell him that I love all the things that DVC offers! I love the member events and the ability to do so many things on the website!!!

I totally forgot about the stingrays!! I'm so doing that!!! Um, anyone want to watch the girls?

We'll take Emily and the boys can watch the little girls.

Diana, great job on the shop. There are so many choices!

1) Before I found the DIS I used to hang out......on Pogo a lot but don't go there very much any more.

2) Before I bought into DVC my vacation style was.....mostly WDW every year to 18 months. I'm tired of people saying, "You're going to WDW AGAIN!"

3) Since we are going to Castaway Cay for two days I'm going to try something new...haven't decided yet but am thinking about snorkeling - I've never done it before.

4) The item I think I'm going to like the most out of the SSMC06 shop Diana put up is....the ornament, or is it the t-shirt or the magnet or the long sleeve t-shirt! Oh my goodness! I'm terrible at making decisions!!!

5) If I could spend 5 minutes with Jim Lewis I would tell him...he is doing a great job and thanks for listening. Keep the discounts, member events, etc. coming!

I'm sorry to say, I'm STILL doing my spring cleaning, and haven't had much time to reply today. Ya see, I'm a bit of a clean freak. Spring cleaning to me means cleaning every drawer, every closet and washing every single surface in the room. I've washed walls, windows, floors, toys, curtains, bedding....you name it, it's been cleaned. I'm happy to say I got the entire house done, except the family room. The family room with all the toys is probably at least a 4 -5 hour job. I'm planning on starting it during nap time tomorrow, and then I'll be done!

But--YES If the girls decide to do the banana boat, I'll do it to. I'm also game for stingrays with Amy and Emily!

We had a really nice dinner at Sweet Tomatoes. We'll definately be back. The fund raiser was from 5 pm to 8 pm. We saw they already had a number of of sheets turned in when we paid and saw a few people we recognized from church. Good food for a good cause!

We're doing the stingrays in May and most likely will want to do them again in October. We loved them in Grand Cayman!

I'm tired just reading all that. When your done, can you come over this way. I'll make you a deal. I'll watch the girls -- I'll even take them on a field trip and you can clean my house! I'm sure I wouldn't recognize it when we returned.
