Ok so this message is for those DVC Execs I hope are reading the thread... by this time last year we'd received 3 official DVC Cruise emails - this year we only have 1 so far. I'll give you that we are crusing 6 weeks later but COME ON... WHERE's the INFO???? We're excited - let's get more excited!

And yes, I plan to continue to keep asking this till we get more info as we are 5/6 weeks out from being able to book dining reservations

Looks like it's going to be highs in the upper 60's to the low 80's while we are there. Best news......no rain in the predictions!!

WOW! I can't believe that, I better come up with a plan then.

I'm really excited for this because I've already stayed at the CR and I've never and probably won't get the chance again to stay at the YC. It all falls into my big plan of staying at every resort on property.

And, that's great that you'll get to stay at the YC. We ended up staying there this past December. It was only for a night (maybe 2), but it was nice. We're like you, trying to do a tour of the resorts. I think that we only have the Grand Floridian, Polynesian and All-Star Movies left, well and Ft. Wilderness, but I don't see us staying there anytime soon (I'm no camper).

I was thinking the same thing about Ft. Wilderness. I'm just going to make my list of hotels to exclude cabins or camping. I'm down to Poly, GF, YC, OKW, SSR and Coronado Springs. I'm really not into the Spanish themeing, so that one is going to be a hard sell on me too.

Me too - lol - luckily for me my parents took us to Disney as small children in my grandparent's RV and that's where we stayed

We're doing our tour as well and adding the Yacht Club and the Contemporary after the cruise. I'm getting to stay in a Grand Villa in May with several good friends and just can't wait!

I noticed this morning running out to the garage that I have a bunch of daffodils that are up above the ground about 2". Spring is coming!!!

Yep - same here. The daffodils and tulips are getting bigger and bigger, and I actually have a few crocuses blooming! Isn't Spring magical??!!??

Neither does Diana, but we all know to watch out for her. I guess we best watch out for Julie too!

I think the lack of information provided from DVC for the cruise is hard to live with. I'd like to know the plans because it makes it more real and as Julie pointed out, we would like to tailor our other plans around what DVC has up its sleeve. Most likely, DVC is still working out their plans and that's why we don't have much information.

And, I'd say Julie & Matt have some BIG plans they are trying to work on for after the cruise.

I got 11 more pages done in the 2005 book. The DVC cruise is JUST about done and then I am starting the Oct trip I will post a couple pics later of the pages that are done.

So, I got up this morning and looked out the window and see it's a winter wonderland out there, and it's still snowing. It was 60 degrees out just two days ago and now the ground is completely covered in snow again.

Could you believe that. It stunk driving Jeff into work this morning!

Well as some may have noticed I'm posting during the middle of the day so that can only mean one thing....I'm home and not at work......It's true.
Nick is sick again. he had a small fever this morning and said his throat was bothering him more (it was bothering him before bed last night) and that he had a headache. I thought it might be strepp so off to the doctor we go. Well at the doctors his temp was 103! The quick trepp test came back negative (they also did the one they send out to be on the safe side
) and his glands were swollen a little and the doc said he had a slight ear infection.
So no school for him today or tommorrow and we will have to see about friday. My poor guy. He is napping now, so you know he is sick because normally he wants to stay up all night!
