If we have to stand there until 1 a.m. drinking illegal wine, we promise to wait for the GREEN one!!

Do you know how long I stood on my balcony in August, waiting for the green one to go by so I could take that picture for you??? Two cups of coffee, by the time I took the picture, I had to go so bad, the camera shook. That's why it's so blurry!

Ok, I'm done stitching lime green wraps on the new piece of luggage. I'll be in chat too if anyoen wants to join us.

I bought lime green velcro handle wraps for our bags. And they have had hot pink ribbons on them for years. Made it easy to describe them when they got left behind in Jamaica!

I could disguise it in a Coleman thermos...................

My original intent was pirate outfits for the whole family. Then it was pirate outfits for the kids. KT has hers, but Nick doesn't have one. Maybe we'll dress tropical.

I like the Survivor Buff idea. Although, I'm more like Twila--a one piece bathing suit and NEVER even THINK Of wearing the buff as a tube top!!!

I couldn't even wrap one of those things around my HEAD, let alone any other part of my body!

As an upstanding pediatrician in the community, Mike has to be polite even if he'd rather rip ppl's heads off. It'd be bad if it got out "ugh, that dr. patrick is a JERK!!!!!"

Not necessarily.....my kids pediatrician was a jerk. But he was/is the best in the city. Everyone hated him for his gruffness (is that even a word) but I loved him. He gave me his home phone number. I just "gruffed" right back at him, and he respected that.

You guys are still posting! I guess we won't stop until we get on the ship. And then we'll see each other at the Internet Cafe, trying to check the thread.

Our plans:
Flying out on Southwest at 5:20 pm on Dec. 17, arriving at 10:40 pm. Alicia has some finals on the 17th to take early, since she will be missing three days the next week. Checking in at Embassy Suites by the Airport.

On the 18th, breakfast at 8:45 with Kpros and Tinkfans families. Sharing a ride to the port with Kpros at 10 am. Getting there as fast as we can!


After disembarkation, we have a rental car reserved, and will stay three nights at Saratoga Springs Resort. On the 28th, we will attend the DVC members event at 3 pm, the Candlelight Processional at 5 pm, dinner at Garden Grill, try to meet Mary & Mark (and anyone else that wants to join us!) for Illuminations.

On the 29th, we will be at MGM to see Osbourne lights. We fly home on the 31st, probably exhausted.

We will have our laptop and cel phones.

We will be at SSR Too!!! Until Jan 4th! and will also attend the DVC 3pm event. I would love to join you!

As far as the 29th - you should look into this from what I have read, and I will try to back track it - the Osbourne lights are not longer there. They are doing over that part and changing the look of the street. when I find it again I will email you the link.

I am leaving the laptop home - but will have cellphones!

I really really really (REALLY!) want to finish packing this weekend. But...(why did I have kids?....I know HOW Paul, I said WHY?) Jared has his last soccer game, right in the middle of the day tomorrow and we have to take the kids to a friend's candle making party Sunday.
We were going to do our Christmas with Megan and Pete on Sunday, but Pete toldme today that they haven't bought any yet! So I guess we'll have Christmas when we get back. Bummer. I was hoping this might be the year that someone actually got me a gift!!

Rex will be 12 in March. Tink & Woody are 2-1/2 (littermates) Jessie was 4-1/2... she had a rare form of cancer in her snout and we had to take her yesterday afternoon to be put to sleep, it had invaded her nasal cavity to the point where she was having difficulty breathing. It's been a rough 4 months.

Diana - Congrats on the Scuba Mickey pin! I have that one... but there are SO many that I still need. The Walt Suite AC is one I've been after for a while. Hopefully we'll get some pins on this cruise that I can trade to fill the holes in my DCL AC collection.
