Hello everyone! I'm having laptop problems - now mine is in the shop as well. Had to boot up the old desktop - it's ancient. Don't count us in on the brunch. With the vow renewal, I just don't know what we're doing and when we're doing it. I'll just plan on meeting everyone at another time - even if it's one by one! I know Mary mentioned when she would be giving out the buttons, but I just can't remember; nor, can I find the post. Someone please let me know when we get a little closer.
I asked my coordinator at Fairy Tale Weddings if she thought formal night would be the 20th and she said prob not. I'm not sure what DCL is waiting for as far as planning these evenings.
Okay, I'm starting to ramble again. Talk to everyone soon - hopefully!

Cindy - not to worry we'll get more detailed as we get closer. We were talking about having the initial DIS meet on Saturday (the day we sail) at 3pm before the lifeboat drill. That's when I'll give out the buttons. If someone doesn't make it and I have their room number I'll drop off their button at the room.

Curious as to why the coordinator didn't think formal night would be the first full sea day - seems to be what they do on the other cruises. We'll have to wait and see.

I'm not going to stress, but I am going to plan.

Hi everyone. Happy saturday. We just got back a little while ago from the met game. Slow start, good ending. DH and I got up during the slow part to get ice cream and a fly ball landed in DH seat. The guy next to us caught it and we were getting ice cream. It figures!! They also scored 2 runs than too!!!!! DH was so upset. We had awesome seats first row on the field on the out field base line. We sat with such fun people.

Hi!! I survived! Now I can drink my own Konk Coolers!

It's still 95 out there.....whew. Took the dog, he had a great time. The umpire loved him. I tried to give him away, but my other 2 kids wouldn't let me! So they can get up with him all night long.

I don't know how I'm going to stand waiting 6 months. Just talking about the meets, brunch, etc....I can't wait!

I guess as long as I know that I will need 2-3 long dresses, and the others short, that's good enough for me for now. Doesn't matter what night I wear them! What I wish I could do is find ONE pair of dress shoes that would go with everything. Anyone ever seen those jeweled chains that go on your feet, and look like sandals?? Maybe I could get away with a couple of those!

Anyway.....off to bed I go. Wish me luck the pup sleeps. Better yet, wish the pup luck HE sleeps, or DH will toss him out to the coyotes!

Finally the last day of my latest stretch.... We have been so busy....

We (Me, DW and DD (Lauren) get to go to the Greenbrier tomorrow for my company's annual meeting. I know - tough life.... I need the break... but hate knowing I work 7 in a row when I return.

Good Morning!

And a good morning it is, indeed! It worked!!! Not a peep out of the pup! And he slept until DH got up at 7:00!!! My loving DH also took the little fellow outside, too. We are making great strides all the way around.

So, GaRry........have you talked to jilljill?????

Virgil....you work too much. Don't you do the scheduling?? We want you to be in one piece for the cruise...don't work yourself so hard!!

Lynda....haven't lost a pound yet. You'll have some extra spending money at this rate. (Remember the 27 lbs in 27 weeks, dollar a pound?)

Hope everyone is having a good weekend!

I started the laundry...need to read over a new contract for one of our rental properties, but I can't seem to get my head into it!

I'm getting ready to order some new snorkel stuff. I have a great company that I use. I'm getting the new "Safe-Sea" with sunscreen, some jellyfish & sea lice sting reliever, a new mesh bag for the gear, some drops for DH's ears... and anything else that happens to "jump" into my cart.

I got my "Splash Caddy" fanny packs from them, and I love those! Now we can take all of our money, passports, KTTW cards, everything, into the water with us, and not worry about them getting wet or stolen!! Have used them many times, and they work great!! (I guess Mary could add that to the list of "must packs")

Yes, husbands....lock up the credit cards!!!!

I just spent $170 on the Leisure Pro site. But it was a BARGAIN! I got 17 items!!

Used to be, I'd go to the mall, come home with tons of bags, and tell my DH that it was on sale, and I'd just saved him a ton of money.
His answer "You would save me more money if you would stay home".
I'm home.....look what happens!!!!

What can I say Paul? I'm a numbers person...memorized my driver's license#, all of our SS#s, all kinds of stuff. I TOLD you I was a Type A !!!!

You're right, Mary....and they're already scared. They've looked, but no one will talk to me!! LOL I had to "bump" it up, because I edited it to add the extra stuff.

Aahh, well......back to folding clothes. All done shopping!
