I like Biergarten since it comes with a show. However, you will probably be seated with other people, something to consider if you aren't comfortable sitting with folks you don't know.

Ragland Road-excellant show. Ask to be seated near stage at check in as its your first time there. It may take longer to be seated but worth the wait.

This! And as a solo diner, it’s really fun to sit outside and people watch while enjoying a cocktail and cobb salad. I haven’t tried the grapefruit cake but it’s on my list!

ETA: Steakhouse 71 is delicious as well. I had a lovely experience at the bar. Wailulu is also on my list for next solo visit.

I need to add the Hollywood Brown Derby outdoor area for my list for my next trip!

And I'll echo Steakhouse 71 Lounge - I ate there with my partner, not solo, but the vibe was fun and warm and friendly. I'm not sure if it was just the night we went but it felt like a local spot. The bartender knew the patrons and vice versa, etc.
