Apologies if this was answered from another thread although I did a quick search. For an upcoming trip, we will be a party of 5. Hubby, myself, DD in one room… DS and girlfriend in another room. We are all AP holders except GF (which we will most likely upgrade her tickets to AP once there which is another soon to be decision for our 8 day stay… thinking of a three day ticket through UT then bridging??).

When I booked the trip, I booked our room under my name and DS’s room under hubby’s name. Will they be able to reconfigure the key cards so that we can keep the configuration as described above? GF is 21 yrs old and DS is soon to be 21 but not during this trip.

Possibly, I'm not sure. But I can't think of any situation where it would matter if they just switched room keys; if your DS just used the one with DH's name on it. They are not used for ID anywhere I can recall.

have the second room
listed on ln her name since she is 21

no issues to do that

(to book a room,/someone needs to be 21)

the one that is 20, can use a cc to cover room cost as he will also be listed as a guest for the accommodations

if this policy has changed i am
out of ideas
sure the front desk chan work wonders to set them up with out it being stressful

Ok thank you both! I was probably overthinking it and got confused with the credit card ordeal. I don’t mind it in her name but I wanted to use my credit card so she wasn’t responsible for anything. We also never set cc’s up to charge anything to the room during our trips. Like you said, if I need to, I don’t mind using son’s credit card for their room. Thanks!
