2 questions Disney dining card???

Can you get the florida residents Disney Dining card at the parks or just by the phone number?
Also if it is put on my DH credit card can I use it when I and Dd go alone in June? DH is not going to be there. Will they just put my name on it or both of ours?

Ok, you must order the DDE card through the phone number. And they will give you two cards. I put mine on my credit card, and I got one with my name on it, and one with my DH's name on it. So you should have no troubles. i believe it is still $75 for FL residents and $50 for AP holders. Doesn't seem fair we have to pay more, does it?
