I started WW last week and had an easy week of following the program. Happily, I lost 4.4 lbs this first week. I'm very pleased and ready for the next week. I plan to add walking soon.

I am attending meetings and have been to 2. On the lower carbs, so far we have not talked about it a lot, but from what I've read they do want you to include whole grains in your diet. I've had at least 1 whole grain item a day.
