1st weigh-in at WW

I started WW last week and had an easy week of following the program. Happily, I lost 4.4 lbs this first week. I'm very pleased and ready for the next week. I plan to add walking soon.

Are you attending meetings or doing it online? How does WW address the issue of lower carbs?

Trying to decide which plan will work best for me.

I am attending meetings and have been to 2. On the lower carbs, so far we have not talked about it a lot, but from what I've read they do want you to include whole grains in your diet. I've had at least 1 whole grain item a day.
