Hi,

We'll be in Orlando for a family party and have decided to go to US/IOA. I have never been and all I know is what I see in ads. We've decided to stay at RPR for 1 night maybe 2 if the budget allows. If we get to RPR early - say 8am - and a room is not yet available will we still be able to go to the parks and use FOTL?

I will have a car - does it cost to park at the hotel?

What food options are there at RPR? Is there a cs?

thanks for your help! We are very excited  about going to US/IOA - trying to keep expectations in check as we are going in late June and I'm sure the crowds are going to be big!:cool1:

Yes, they will check your bags and give you your keys for the express access at the parks.

I will have a car - does it cost to park at the hotel? Yes it is $12.00 a night plus tax.

What food options are there at RPR? Is there a cs? Keep in mind that Universal has easy access to CityWalk and the parks and the other on-site resorts for food option too. RPR had a Bula Beach Bar at the pool, Tchoup Chop an Emeril restaurant, Jakes a pub style cafe with simple offerings and drinks. The Island Dining Room for buffet breakfasts as well as off menu, Lunch and Dinner. There is a sushi area off the lobby and a breakfast area each morning for ala carte items.

Hope you enjoy yourself! :)

Yes, you can check in early and use your resort card to get FOTL all day that day and all day on your check out day as well! That Perk is such a HUGE benefit to onsite guests especially during crowded days!! It costs $12 per day to park. Your dining options can be found here: http://www.wdwinfo.com/universal/universal-resorts/royalpacific-dining.html The fun thing about staying onsite at Universal, is that you stay at one of their hotels and you have access to the amenities of all 3 of their resorts if you like. Have an AWESOME vacation!!
