I've been crazy busy since Monday. I'm working 9-3 every day, then 3:30-9:30 each evening. I'm working 7-4 on Sat and 2-midnight on sunday, then back to the splits monday and tues. I'm getting mostly cs calls, and my training on that was not great,but it's getting easier. Feel free to say hi if you see me, I seem to keep ending up in han team 2. I'm kelly7726ny

I was on last night and hardly got any help from the chat rooms. This is so frustrating. Dh told me not to work my 10 hour shift tonight because I have no time to sleep today after recovering from last night.

I dont want to quit yet but I kept getting kicked off avaya last night and was not helped much and I dont think I am getting paid for that time off the phones.

I hope tonight goes smoother for me.

The way we were told to check our hours was in atlas, go to fyi then hit time at the top.
I don't know how I got tonight off but I am very grateful, I have 11 1/2 hour split shifts the next two nights and a shorter one on Sunday.

Still Frustrated...No check. ANd these overnight hours that I DID not sign up for are starting to get to me. I am a SAHM, here for my daughter and now I am working and never sleeping, and by the time I get to her..i am exhausted!
I am emailing them today, i don't want anymore overnight hours. It's too much. A paycheck would be a bit motivating though! Geez!

i just got a big laminated sheet about how to handle CSI in the mail. that would have helped last night since I had to guess on how to do anything as I got no response from chatroom...hopefully tonight I'll get sales calls. they also told one girl to do ques during downtime...anyone else been doing that?

I've been on for 45 mins and only had one call. It is my first night and I am not quite ready to try to work the ques yet so I am just waiting until I feel a little more comfortable.

It says sales on the schedule but I was told we would be doing both customer service and sales. It has been an hour and I still have only had the one call- I keep checking avaya and I am still on auto in just no calls!!

All I am getting is CSI calls grrr I have been on since 10 with an hour break between 3-4.

I finally started getting customer service calls but I really don't feel prepared to hadle them well. Everyone and has been a status check and the florists are already closed and the cutomer isn't happy because the arrangement hasn't arrived. Of course they say they weren't told that there is a window of delivery days. I don't like unhappy people!!!

I am in HANTeam3...UGH! all I am getting is nasty people pissed off they haven't gotten their order UGH! I am off in an hour I barely did any sales today 80% was CSI/ web support and STATUS Checks.

I just got the laminated sheet in the mail today too.

I don't even know how to work the Q's yet. My calls come so fast that I can barely breathe!! I was on today from 9:30-4:30 and had ALL Cust Sat calls...GRRRRR. I can't believe I didn't get one single person placing an order...
