I was on last night from 5-11 and got non stop calls - mostly all customer satisfaction which I really didn't have much training on. My calls came so fast that I would get the whisper literally the second I hit the release button on the last call. It was almost too much - I could barely take a sec to breathe! I'm just curious - have those of you that just started working heard from your SSM's? I haven't heard from anyone yet and have not gotten a single email...I know some others have heard from their SSM's....the communication stinks!

I volunteered to work tonight from 12am-3am est. I figured I'd pick up some extra hours.
I actually hear from my ssm quite a bit and also from Melanie K who I hear from daily with different incentives.

ok, so I checked my schedule this morning and it was the same as it has been then I checked right before my shift tonight and close to 40 hours have now appeared.
so now I have my hours already scheduled plus some 8 hour shifts added on making them very long.

Still Frustrated...No check. ANd these overnight hours that I DID not sign up for are starting to get to me. I am a SAHM, here for my daughter and now I am working and never sleeping, and by the time I get to her..i am exhausted!
I am emailing them today, i don't want anymore overnight hours. It's too much. A paycheck would be a bit motivating though! Geez!

I'm trying to get an extension this morning. Last night I waited with 2 other people for 3 hours to get one and never did. We were told they ran out and to get off the computer and try tomorrow. 3 days on the job and I have yet to take a call!

My SSM just called me at home to find out why I was not at work this am. i told her that it was because I have a PM schedule from 1-10pm. She was like thats not what PIPKINS says...so I logged in and double checked and it said exactly what I thought...1-10pm. Maybe they should hire a few people to handle the scheduling & PIPKINS updating a little bit more. GRRR...

I was on until 3 am this morning. All I had was cust sat calls- it was brutal for me becasue I never had those before. It took one hour for one call - getting help takes so long and they use abbrev. like I know what those are. My sched says sales and i hope that's what I get tonight.

I misplaced the code for our discont anyone know it...I know its something & then your agent #.

I worked last night - I had a few cust satisfaction calls that I had trouble with - I just don't feel like ia get help quick enough in the chat rooms. A few of my calls were 40 min a piece. I was late going to break, going to lunch & getting off by 11 min.

Today I work 10-8...long day!
