Farrah Abraham - one of the teenage subjects of the MTV documentary reality series Teen Mom - got in a fight last Saturday with her own mother Debra Danielson which resulted in Danielson's arrest, RadarOnline.com has learned.

According to the incident report filed with the Council Bluffs Police Department in Iowa, the two were arguing in the kitchen "over child care issues as well as other problems" when Danielson threw an MTV t-shirt at her daughter which ended up landing near or on her grandchild who subsequently woke up crying. From there, things escalated.

"The victim was yelling at Danielson over the shirt throwing and Danielson grabbed her by the throat. The victim pushed Danielson's hand away from her. Victim stated the Danielson then hit her along the side of her head and hit her in the mouth," read the report.

The officer on the scene added: "I observed multiple cuts to the right side of the victim's mouth." The women live together and photos of Abraham's neck and face were taken at the scene.

Danielson was arrested for "Domestic Abuse Serious Assault" and released on her own recognizance later that day.

I'm addicted to the show as well! I loved the reunion...I pretty much feel the same way as most of you. Farrah- ooh I'd like to tell her about herself; Maci- sweet girl who is obviously trying to be a good mom, Ryan- worthless; Catelynn and Tyler- so cute, I wich for the best for them, hey anyone know what's going on with his enlistment? Amber and Gary- oh boy I feel sorry for that baby!

Oh and I saw on 1 of those internet gossip sites that Farrah is dating Jersey Shore member Pauly D, did anyone else read that??? If it's true, oh wow! That's all I can say!

41 years old and love the show also, although I did wonder if the show will somehow glorify teen pregnancy to their peers? Sure, some have it rough, but teens are seeing these girls have a show - on MTV no less. Thats a little concerning.

About the money, I do know that the kids on Jersey Shore were paid a measley $200 a piece per episode. So my guess would be these kids didn't get much more than that. MTV profits big off these shows. Yet the kids on The Hills get $100,000 per episode. Sad!

I agree with what everyone else has said about the girls and guys.

My favorites are Catelynn and Tyler. I am literally in awe of how mature they are at times, although I don't agree with their ideas on how much they should know about their daughter. But I cried when he proposed and thought that they are lucky to have found one another at such an early age. I really hope they make it.

Can't wait for the new episodes to begin soon!

If I had a mother like Farrah's, I'd shoot myself. She's critical, whiny (and OMG, that voice is like fingernails on a chalkboard), controlling, insulting and condescending. Farrah needs to "get it" about the situation she got herself into, definitely, and her responsibilities of motherhood, but I don't think she's getting "guidance" or love from her mother. The grandmother seems very sweet tho...thank goodness.

There was another girl on the original 16 and Pregnant. Whiney, looked very young (ok, so they all do), lived with her grandma, the only one besides the JRTC girl that didn't do the Teen Mom show. I want to say that I remember that at the first reunion that there was something medically wrong with her child. Anyone know who this one is and what became of her?

I think her name was Ebony. I can't really remember about the 1st reunion.

I agree with you about her mom. I also remember the car shopping episode where Farrah's mom slapped/punched Farrah's arm. It seemed overkill for the situation at the time. Granted, I can't stand Farrah and her inability to accept responsibility for her situation, but I don't like her mom either.

i totally agree!

i cannot stand farrah's mom, and honestly, its really not surprising at all that farrah is as spoiled and whiney as she is with a crazy mom like that.

oh, and one more thing i remember about farrah, she was always bragging about going to culinary school, but once they showed her doing her "homework" and it was to make a pizza, she bought a premade crust and sauce in a jar! i am positive that is NOT what her professors meant when they said, "make a pizza."

Ryan is not a good dad, but he is a very good looking teenager. I'm sure he's getting more chicks than he knows what to do with after being on MTV. He doesn't seem very mature, but maybe one day he will wake up.

What is apparent to me, none of those teenagers should have kept those babies. They would all have been better off in adoptive homes.

The girl that lived with her mother (who had a baby right before the daughter did) and grandmother was Whitney. I believe they later discovered her baby had some sort of genetic liver disorder...I haven't heard anything about her since

Teen Mom is my guilty secret! I teach high school and so the girls fascinate me. They are very typical HS students. Maturity-wise they are all over the map

ITA with the comments on Ryan...turd! Maci is trying really hard. I think she and Bentley will do great but they have some tough years ahead. She is better off without Ryan.

I disagree with a few comments about Catelynn and Tyler. I think they are doing pretty well with adoption process. I think the whole part of an open adoption not for C & T to come to terms with the fact that they are Carly's parents as some of the posts suggest. The point of an open adoption is a different, transparent experience. C & T are Carly's parents as are the adoptive parents. I think C & T are doing great, they are growing in the experience. My hope is that as time goes on and the adoptive parents fear subsides, they will grow in the experience as well. With a lot of love and patience there is a role in Carly's life for everyone. It is my understanding that open and semi-open adoptions have far fewer problems with birth parents wanting to reverse the adoption later. I think the comment about C & T being given too much credit is so off the mark. They have made an incredible, mature decision.

My main concern for C & T is what will happen (guilt-wise) if later down the road they do get married and have another baby. I think they are so sweet I really hope they can overcome these obstacles.

I agree. I've thought about this over the course of the show. They really do seem like they are in it for the long haul, and I wonder how they will feel when they have other children.

I went to high school (back in the 70s) with a girl who was pregnant and gave her baby up for adoption. She was in a couple of my classes, but I didn't really know her. A few years later, I saw a picture of her in the paper with 4 generations...her grandmother, mother, her and her baby, and she had married the guy who had fathered her first child. I wondered the same thing...how'd they feel about giving their first child up for adoption.

My brother and his girlfriend gave their daughter up for adoption at birth, it was an "open" adoption. The adoptive family sent pictures and updates every 6 months or so. When the girl turned 18 she was given a letter that told her who her birth parents were. She has never contacted my brother and don't know if she contacted her biological mother or not.

I think a lot of people dont understand "open" adoptions. Depending on the agreement C & T could have been completely in their rights to want to know the last name and location of Carly.

Although Carly is no longer their child to raise she will always be their daughter (you can't change her genetics), a daughter they made the ultimate act of love for. . I am sure as time goes by they will be able to remove themselves further from Carly.


Anyway, I am hooked on this show too!
