Hey all!
Yesterday was not a good eating day for me-bad mood plus honors concert an hour away plus being in a fast food heaven equals bleh Bleh BLEH!
Think unmeasured cereal, Mcdonalds fast food, double Steak n Shake burger and fries, sorbet, hotdogs, cheetos and no exercise and you've about got it. My black dress pants (size 20 from Torrid) were very very loose though.
Today was better but busier. 3/4 cup cereal, normal Dannon Light yogurt, corn dog, tater tots (15, I counted). I also had a school health decision meeting (we're trying to make the school a healthier place to live and work and learn), practice immediately after that (so no snack time but lots of activity) and homework.
Gotta dash! Talk more later.

Man it just doesn't get any better then today.
It's 12 points, which seems reasonable to me for most of my day.
I was looking at the little daily points calculator, chart thingy and some people come up with like 18 or 20 points. How do they live on that little food?
over to you. You certainly will find lots of support on this thread. I sure have.
Just talking about your day and how you are feeling makes it all seem possible. Best to you!

I bet he says you're the coolest mom in town!
