Dh's company gave out gift cards for Publix market. I was going to get Tday dinner to make this weekend but they only had frozen turkeys which wouldnt thaw in time. Sooooooo dh got the fixings for his special shrimp scampi with rice. I didnt eat much at all today so I dont think it will really hurt me weight wise. We dont normally eat things with this high a fat content at all. I normally cook very low fat as does dh. I cant help it though I feel guilty about eating it LOL!!!

Tee hee hee!

Hi Everyone!

I call it "bulk friday" because we're still eating the leftovers, and boy, do they make "bulk" on me...sigh.

Like Debra, I have decided the crowds are not for me. I'm pretty much done with my shopping. I just need a cd and new crock pot for dh. I know, the crock pot is for the family. But if he can give me an hdtv...just wait 'til the first time I want to watch figure skating while football is on. We'll see who's t.v. it is then, won't we? :rotfl:

How's everyone doing with their new buddies? Mine went to the World for Thanksgiving, so I'm eagerly awaiting her return. I'm sure she's getting lots of walking in.

Our holiday was very low key, but now I'm already stressing about the family party next Saturday. I just don't want to go. These people are so thin...and I feel so fat. Even if I worked my tail off and ate Biggest Loser rations this week, I'd never be able to be small enough to be comfortable. I end up in this position every year. Even when I've lost a lot (one year 25 lbs.), I'm still so much bigger than the rest of them, I end up feeling sorry for myself, and this does not lead anywhere good! I am seriously thinking about telling my dh I'm just not going this year. My brother-in-laws skip out fairly regularly, so it's not unheard of...maybe the anxiety will burn a few calories. The whole situation makes me want to cry, but that's not going to get me anywhere, either.

O.k., enough of the pity party.

Ivseeyore and Danauk -- Welcome! You'll find this is a great place for motivation, or venting, as I did above. I promise, I am not a perpetual wet blanket.

Debra -- I can't believe December is almost upon us! You must feel so great, knowing you are looking fantastic going into 2006!

Jen -- Little snacks are not bad if they keep you on track. It's just continuous snacking that can do you in. If you are snacking on fruits and veggies -- well, you can't go wrong with carrots!

Linda -- You know me so well. I totally need to get back on track! Tomorrow I am going to map out a losing plan for December. I can find all kinds of obstacles if I let myself, but I'm just not going there. I am going to make a plan for exercise and I will be sticking with it. I'm also going to stop eating after 8, I promise! Some days are better than others. I have seen myself gain this week because I know I was out of control and in a self-sabotage mode. I can't spend a month this way, so I have to rein it in before Christmas!

Kathy -- I am so proud of you! You are officially my hero! I hope you are patting yourself on the back (watch the shoulder!), left and right. Excellent! I hope the drive wasn't too bad to your mother's either. Congratulations!

Haley -- I feel your pain, I really do. So what are we going to do to make this the last Thanksgiving where we feel inadequate and inferior? This is going to sound a little crazy, but I'm starting to think that if every time I think of skipping a workout or eating something super fattening I think of my skinny, thoughtless in-laws, I will think twice. Another way to look at it -- when you lose weight you will still be a compassionate person. They are already there, and it probably isn't going to happen. We just need to get our outsides to reflect the beautiful people we are inside. I know we can do this!

TiffJ -- How were the crowds? Did you get some fantastic bargains?

Tara -- I hope Grandma slept the entire time, both ways for you! I hope you had an easy drive.

I hope everyone is looking forward to a great holiday season, whatever holidays you may be celebrating! Here's to a fabulous new year, when we all reach our goals (except for Debra, who's going to get there before 2006!).

Maria

Yesterday was a blast!!!!! I've been shopping on BF before but never first thing, I would just go later & go wherever. This year I had a plan, got there at 5:20 & had so much fun. I got alot of shopping done (even a few things for myself) and got some great deals :Pinkbounc I think if you go with a good attitude & knowing you will be standing in some lines & have crowds of people around that helps you not get in a bad mood. But I wasnt going for the "hot" items this year either, so that made it easier.

My buddy is going great so far. She is doing the marathon in January too , so I'll get to meet here while we are there.

On the weight loss front- I was doing the Thanksgiving challenge & had 2 more pounds to make my 10 lb goal. Thur a.m. when I weighed, I had lost it so I also got a new clippie :cheer2: This was the first Thanksgiving in history where I exercised!!

O.k. Turkey Day is over now I'm moving on to the Christmas challenge & hoping to lose 10 lbs by then. Doable if I stay OP.

Thanks for the welcome guys.
As I'm English we didn't have Thanksgiving last week but I do have lots of temptations coming up. Next weekend I am going on a spa weekend with the girls as my SIL is getting married in a few weeks time. Hopefully I can choose healthy options. Then the following weekend we are havng our family Christmas meal early as DH and I will be in WDW for Christmas and 6 other family members will be in Australia. I'm hosting the meal though so I can make sure I weight watcher point up my food.

I am beginning to worry about food whilst at WDW. Last time I went to WDW I dieted before I went and then gave up when I came back. I am determned not to do this after this trip. I know I will not be able to point everything when I am there and will try to choose healthy options but am worried that I will put on weight. But at the same time I don't want to deniy myself anything if my friends are eating exactly what they want to. That will just make me annoyed which I really don't want to feel in WDW!! Saying that I know that they day I come home is my weight watchers weigh day so I will have to get straight back on the diet.

So any advice on sticking to your diet in WDW is welcome. We are staying at the BCV so will have a kitchen. We plan on getting cereal for breakfast in our room and we will try to return to the villa for a break most days so we can keep salads and things in the villa too for lunch. I plan on saving points in the day so I can enjoy the ADR's we have booked for dinner every night. We have a hire car so we can go off site to stock up on food if we want to.

I'm BAaaaaack!!! Grandma didn't sleep for the whole drive but she didn't need to go potty at all!!! Which is really kind of sad because I think she didn't want to stop because she had NO clue who I was!!! I'd be driving and have this strange feeling like someone was staring at me and I look over her way and there she was just staring me down like I had a big fat pimple on my nose! It was kind of spooky, but I felt for the dear lady because how scary can it be to be going somewhere with a stranger! I kept telling her who I was but she'd just smile and say "Oh." I got her safely to my parents house, and after Thanksgiving meal she wanted to go back home...she thought we'd only driven down the street not 3 hours. Oh my. Thanks for the prayers..it was a safe trip and we both were happy to complete it! :)

As for food...well, typical...I didn't overeat on the portions..(very proud) but I did have more samplings of chocolate fudge cake than I care to count! :) Today I'm back home and I'm SERIOUS about hitting my first 20 pound GONE...I officially have 2- 20 pound goals to reach before GOAL!!! So, the race is on...how long till these first 20 are gone? My buddy is GREAT and I know we'll help each other along the way. And so cool, I met a fellow 150'er for the first time!!!! HELLO TIFFANY!!!! (TiffJ)....she's going to hopefully drag me along for some long marathon training walks. And losing 10 pounds by the end of December sounds like a GREAT plan!!! COUNT ME IN! :) It's so great to meet a WISH'er in person...I highly recommend it! :)

Debra! How was Cheeseburger in Paradise??? Yumm!! I LOVE cheeseburgers!

Jen..send us your snow!!! My kids see it maybe once a year...I promised we'd drive to the mountains (2 hours) this year if we don't get any here...ENJOY IT! :)

Linda!!! Next Thanksgiving you'll be SO thankful to be rid of all the extra thighs and jiggly parts! :)

Kathy!!!!     YOU DID IT!!! Those are GREAT TIMES!!! I don't know if I could ever jog over 2 minutes!!! Aren't you just thrilled???? And pooh on that comment about ONLY a 5 miler...it came from someone who didn't walk diddly I bet!!! SO GO GIRL!!!

Haley! Did you survive Toys R Us? I didn't even make it that far...I gave up at lunchtime...Home Depot, Pottery Barn Outlet, Kids Gap, Kohl's, and Talbot's kids were all I managed...luckily no big crowds there...I tried to go to the new mall where my parents live but it took me 20 minutes just to get in there...couldn't imagine finding a parking space. Hope you survived! :)

lvs..eeyore!!! WHAT??? Can I borrow your hubby? Days at concierge Poly??? Go right now and buy yourself a cool Hawaiian outfit in the size you'll be at 150...hang it up and visualize yourself in it!!! I'm at 184 so we're right there together...WE CAN DO THIS!!!! WELCOME to the club!!! We're going to get you there! :)

Danauk!!! WELCOME!!! GREAT JOB on 33 pounds GONE!!!!! :cheer2: Don't you feel GREAT!!! 33 pounds is AWESOME!!! Sweet Debra stays with us even though her goal is below 150...we love having folks stay around to show us it can be done!!! So stick with us and we'll help each other lose! Shrimp is GOOD for you!!! BE thankful you didn't have gravy! :goodvibes Hey, English lady! We're planning our family trip to England next year...maybe I can meet my first English WISH'er!! :) We're doing the whole history thing and trying to find good birding spots (we're such geeks!) have a GREAT holiday at Disney!!! Sounds beautiful! :)

TiffJ!!! WAY TO GO!!! You're my kind of local WISH'er...with your losing weighs...I know I can get back on the losing train! CHOO CHOO!! Let's blow those pounds away! Wasn't it great to go shopping without our kids in tow? I loved just the time by myself! :)

Gang, this is GREAT to have so many wishers hitting the pounds during this holiday season! Let's have our nibbles when necessary just not the whole licking the bowl and icing in between! :) I'm a softie for cookies! And I make a BUNCH this time of year..so I'm shooting for 10 pounds off but if I get 5 I'll be thrilled! :)

GReat to be back and losing with you guys!

If you walk over to the Dolphin, there is a cafeteria called "Tubbi's" where you can buy things a la carte. I find those to be good places to pick up things like a yogurt or salad or just split something with someone else. If you are a DVC member, you can get 20% off your food there with your membership card.

With the kitchen, you can keep healthy foods there to have, but in all honesty my policy when going to WDW is to eat and enjoy! It isn't like you get to be there all the time and they have such wonderful food! Don't deprive yourself too much! :sunny:

Tara

You know, it was a cute place. We went because they will substitute veggie burgers for any of their burgers, so we got the Dock Side Burger. They have shoe string fries (very high in fat). We liked it, but we LOVED dessert. We have started this 'thing' when we go out to eat, we split meals and then order one dessert to share as a family. We ordered the chocolate nachos....OH MY! It was SO good! It was really big too, it must have been meant to be shared because you couldn't eat it alone. They have these fried crisps shaped like triangles (like nachos) covered in sugar and then drizzled with chocolate sauce and sprinkles. Then for the 'dip' there are three scoops of Ben & Jerry's ice creams (different flavors, one was strawberry, but I forget the others). We all loved it, but I had NO idea it was going to be so big. Oh well. It was fun to try!

I put on 3 pounds over the holiday time, but I have lost half of that as of this morning and will hopefully be back to where I was by the end of this week. I am hoping to get rid of my last 2 pounds by the Wednesday before December when I weigh in at WW. Then, if I make that goal, I am going to start trying to maintain my weight (which will be my New Year's Resolution for 2006--to weigh the same next year that I do this year on New Years--this has always been harder for me than losing the weight, so I am really very nervous about keeping it off).

I was not very happy with my MIL on this visit. She kept going on and on about me being too thin and I had to stop losing weight and it wasn't good for me to be so thin (I am within the guidelines for Weight Watchers for my height and I still have a huge hunk of fat hanging around my mid-section that I have to use control brief to hold in, so I am not TOO thin). She said that I must be 115 pounds! PLEASE! Like that would ever happen! Currently I am at 134 and according to Weight Watcher for my height of 5'8" my range starts at 132, so that is my goal weight. I honestly thought she would be happy to see me after all these months looking healthy and a good weight. She is very thin herself! SHE probably only weighs 115 pounds! I guess I was expecting the 'Oh you look so nice! Wow, that is great!' response. I wasn't mentally prepared for her reaction, and it really put a damper on my mood. My DH said that she is just not use to seeing me at this weight (remember I was 204 last Thanksgiving) and that it probably just shocked her to see me looking so different (she say me in July but that was about 35 pounds heavier than I am now, so I was about 1/2 through my weight lose).

Oh well, it is over now. I guess I can chalk it up to one of those 'fun' holiday family moments. :rotfl:

Hope everyone is doing well! Let's make December a GOOD month!
Debra

You can HAVE the snow, Tara! :cold:

Cheeseburgers in Paradise sounds lovely.

Today was pretty good. Tree is up and all are in a festive mood with decorating!

B: 2 "wedges" pumpkin Cakebread
L: scrambled egg with ham and cheese, toast
S: carrots sound splendiferous

15 days to Disney World and we are so psyched!

Thats great info, thanks. We are going to WDW with our best friends who are DVC members so can use the 20% discount too. My friend has food alergies as well so getting salad in will help us both. Last time I went to WDW I gained 5lb. I hope to not do that this time! I don't plan on deniying myself during dinner but I want to make sure I am sensible during the day.

Imhall2000 - I live in the middle of England, there is history all around me (I have a 12th century mansion and estate 2 minutes from my house!) If you want any help planning your trip just ask. We have lots of bird watching places near my house too.

I am getting my next clippie. I have no idea what I weigh today, but I have a goal. I am off the treats and on the exercise until I hit 172, when that 15lbs. clippie is mine. I just can't seem to get it with the big goals, or no goal, so I've set one that should be doable. Tomorrow I'll see what the scale says. I'm betting I'm about 177. I have this hovering around 175 thing down pat. I pretty much sway between 177 and 173. Losing just a little is going to give me big momentum, I can just feel it!

This is a goal I can do. I have to hit rock bottom before I'm willing to pull myself up, and I think I just got there. I read my last post and I was just sad. I don't want to be that person, feeling inferior or like I can't handle anything.

So, onward and downward, as one wise 150er likes to say!

We won't talk about my eating so far today, but I will have a sensible dinner, and no treats during Desperate Housewives! I lose track of what I'm eating...I'm having a cup of tea and 100 calorie sandies. That should be a lovely ending to my day. Right now, I'm going to go drink some water, and get to work on that exercise plan I am going to make. I am going to get on the treadmill as soon as I get home tomorrow, and I'm packing a healthy breakfast/lunch. When I check in tomorrow night, I want to report success!

Have a great start to the week, everyone! Oh, and the Philly Swirl pops are a staple on my grocery list now. What a great guilt free treat!

So glad you like them! I just came back from the store with 2 boxes of them and two bags of carrots to get my week started! Those are my two staples that I can NOT go with out!
:)

Hi Debra!

Unfortunately, my ds has discovered the Swirl Pops are pretty good, too. Now I have to hide the cotton candy ones...or just eat them first! Yum!

We just put up our tree, which usually means cocoa and cookies. I skipped both this year. It's such a babystep, but I'm determined to just put a few babysteps together. You know, like Kris Kringle. Put one foot in front of the other, and soon I'll be walking out the door! :goodvibes

Maria

O.k. I have to confess my eating has been horrible this weekend. At least I have been exercising so hopefully I haven't done too much damage. I am back OP now & guzzling that water. Havent done good with the water either. I am going to lose that 10 lbs by Christmas! We are all going to have a jump start on the New Years resolutions.

Debra-what an awesome job you have done :cheer2: I hope to be in your postition next year. No I take that back- I am going to be in your position by next summer.(in maintainence not prob with MIL) I'm sure you look awesome!

Thanks for the welcome Tara-I'm excited to have a local DISer everyone I tell about my group here looks at me like I'm an alien. They just dont understand! :confused3

All right guys-Thanksgiving is over. Time to move on & move down

Happy Post Thanksgiving!!!

GOBBLE GOBBLE!!!! I feel like a stuffed turkey :p The eating machine has been going full force and I can't stop!!!! :hyper:

TiffJ - Let's start the holiday season together moving and losing!!! :grouphug:

Maria - Our tree is up also......using the last of the leftovers to make Turkey Shepards Pie and then back to the plan!!!

Have to ask - What is a Philly Swirl Pop and where do I find it? :confused3

Danauk - Never been to England:(:( Top of my wish list right along side Australia. How far are you from London? I know you don't have Thanksgiving but what are you plans for eating through the holidays......we can do this!! :cheer2:

Debra - Glad you liked Cheeseburger in Paradise. It was cute when we went. Please don't listen to your MIL - same thing has happened to me in the past when I have been thin. Don't understand why people can't be more positive with their support of others. All the matters is that YOU are happy with yourself. No one else matters!!! :teeth: We are all so proud of you and can't wait to share similar stories. :worship:

Tara - Glad Thanksgiving went well and Grandma was able to make the trip without incident. :goodvibes :goodvibes

Kathy - How did the weekend go?

All right tomorrow is IT!!! New week and new attitude!!!! Fat and pounds enjoy your last few days on this old body!! Soon you will be looking for a new home :Pinkbounc :cheer2:

Hey that felt good - could be the start of a song :rockband:

Have a Magical Disney Day!!

Linda

Linda,
Philly Swirls are 'frozen dessert bars' that are non-dairy, but they are not popsicles either. They are different than anything I have had before, so they are hard to explain. They are softer than popsicles, but again, they have no dairy in them.

They only have 10 calories in the SUGAR FREE (They do make Philly Swirls that have sugar in them, and those have more calories). On Weight Watchers they are ZERO points! So they are great to have around when you want a treat but are out of points!

Here is a link to the info on the Sugar Free ones:

http://www.phillyswirl.com/products/sfstix.cfm

Here is a link to how to find where to buy them:

http://www.phillyswirl.com/aboutus/dist.cfm

The only place here that sells the sugar free ones is Meijers. Walmart has the regular ones, but not the sugar free. I think they are still catching on. I read about them in a magazine story and decided to try them. I think Jen and Maria are enjoying them now too!

Maria, my kids like them too, and the Cotton Candy flavor goes first if they get their hands on them--which I like too, so I have to grab them! But I like all the flavors. The Hurricane ones are probably my second favorite, then the Paradise Punch, but I also like the Orange Creme ones, so I like them all.

Debra

P.S. Linda, thanks for the vote of support! I really don't think I could have done it without you guys! You have no idea what a great help all of you have been, just knowing you guys are hear and having someone to share the good, the bad and the ugly with :teeth: . I am so THANKFUL for this group, and I thought about all of you guys when we were silently saying our prayers of what we were thankful for during Thanksgiving blessings.

To all of you.....THANK-YOU!

Thanks! And I know you will be there too! I realize my MIL just didn't think about what she was saying (she isn't a mean person). I guess you just get so use to how a person looks, and when you see this BIG difference it is probably a bit shocking (and I didn't prepare her--I never mentioned that I had lost so much weight because I thought it would be more fun to surprise her---guess I didn't figure that one right :rotfl: ).

We live in another state and we don't see each other very much. I am sure she just didn't know what to think when she saw me.

BUT that's OK, she will get use to the NEW ME because I am planning to stay with it. I will feel much more confident when I get through the first year without a gain. I have NEVER been able to do that (I have lost and gained the same pounds over and over and over again).

I am sure all of us here in the 150 Club will have a GREAT year in 2006!

Debra

GOOD EVENING ALL FELLOW LOSERS :wave2: :wave2:

DD said I have joined the marathon group who has been taken over by ALIENS. Yesterday I parked as far from the grocery store as possible and mentioned that we didn't get much exercise. That was after 15 min on arctrainer, 15 min on TM and 30 min walking the track at the gym. It is easier to keep moving than to sit around.

Tara - thanks for the encouragement. I felt better about my time after DD showed me the official results. There were 5 people who finished after me. Two were 18 yo girls, and the other 3 were men. The only one older was a 55 yo male. I know two women about my age came in about 10 min after me but they weren't listed in the results for some reason. That Donald Medal is looking more atttainable.

Linda - DD got home from Maine Tues evening. I had a good weekend. It felt almost like a vacation. I only worked about 1.5 hrs Wed so I had 5 days off. We went to Mom's on Thurs. Friday I drove to Buffalo to pick my brother up at the airport as his rental car arrangements got screwed up. It was snowy and slippery on one of the roads on the way and even though I was kinda coasting down the hill, the rear end of the van wanted to walk around to the front. I didn't want to hit the brakes and put the van in the ditch and was able to keep control. I LOVE WINTER DRIVING  especially when I am driving a vehicle I have no winter experience with.

Friday afternoon, we stopped in Rochester and saw Harry Potter on the IMAX screen. I usually don't go to movies in the theater because I don't have access to a volumn control. It was good to be doing something that the girls enjoy.

At the girls suggestion, my ex-BIL was invited down to mom's for dinner. Their father had told them numerous times he had to work so they waited to call their uncle after the time their father normally leaves for work. They supposedly called and told him not to drive to Syracuse because of bad weather which was funny as we had just driven the opposite direction on dry roads. They had to invite him also. Needless to say, I was very quite during the meal while the girls carried the conversation. Their uncle would have been happy to stay for awhile after eating but he was in a hurry to leave. Best laid plans always seem to backfire.

My eating this weekend wasn't great as far as food choices, but I didn't comsume alot of food either. I also didn't drink much water. I am going to weigh myself tomorrow AM to see what the damage is anget back on track.

It appears Erin will be living at WDW from Jan 9 to June 9. She has been accepted to the college program. The experiece should be good for her and maybe will help her get a part time job when she gets home as she will have work experience under her belt. I think she planned it for the winter semester so she won't have to deal with the winter driving. She has not had to deal with a complete winter since she got her license. She took her drivers test during a heavy snow fall with about 7" of snow in the road. She showed the tester she could pull the car out of a fishtail after rounding a corner without panicing.

Enough ramblings for now. Everyone have a great evening.

I would be enjoying them except that we have a box of Popsicles (my brother's choice). Goofy kid! My turn's next though...

Plans for this week: veggies and water.

I have the first basketball games this week!!!!!!!!!!!! YES!!! I've been waiting all season for this!

Good Morning from rainy rainy Chicago :umbrella: :umbrella:

It is pouring rain here and we are looking at a high of 55 degrees.......crazy weather!! By Thursday we should be in the 20s....... :cold: :cold:

Ok I am officially a fat rolling thing (don't know which noun describes me best). The scale said 174.5 pounds!! :crazy2: :faint: This MADNESS has to STOP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Even the fat jeans were feeling snug........:(:(

And it doesn't help that TOM will be here in a week so this is the week I want to eat anything that is not moving - I guess the dog is safe :dog: :rotfl2: Oh did I tell you I woke up to the cat throwing up on our duvet that I just washed yesterday :rotfl: Happy Monday to me :upsidedow

MONDAY is a GOOD day to start back on the right track :cheer2: :cheer2:

Having a salad, clementine orange and 11 pretzels for lunch.......what do you think?

Not sure yet about breakfast.......will make something healthy. Tonight between 3 people we have 2 chicken breasts stuffed with some cheddar cheese (yes the fat kind - had no choice bought it that way and will scrap it off) and asparagus..........sounds yummy and I will only take a small portion.

Have to get through today......starting a new subbing assignment

Low functioning 5th grade austistic boy who can show aggression and is taller than me :faint: :upsidedow Have known him since he was in 1st grade.....he won't remember me. His academics revolve around a toddlers shape sorter and wooden puzzles.....he has little to no cognitive abilities so it makes a challenge just communicating with him.........should be an adventure ;)

Ok troops.........time to get ready and go into battle!! WOOHOO!! Come join me!!! :cheer2: :grouphug:

Have a Magical Disney Day!!
Linda

Debra! Oh, mother-n-laws...or really anyone who nags about your weight...it's funny they won't nag as much when you're overweight which is much more dangerous than being closer to a good weight. But none of us want that either, I guess! :) But I have been there...in college I got down to the low 130's (might have even dipped into 120's :earseek: )..I'm 5'8 and I can tell you for me, I'd stick to anywhere around 138 at my lowest. But that 138 is with much more muscle mass...I had sculpted arms (beneath all the skin) and felt great....but when the scales went below 135, I had more comments that I favored Karen Carpenter (I do favor her when I"m thin, but I think it was mainly because I looked tooo thin) I wouldn't focus on the number as much as I'd focus on the muscle tone....do you do any free weights or nautilus? They will keep your bones healthy and burn fuel well. Be proud and thank her for her concern...just keep talking about how STRONG and healthy you feel! :)

Jen! I was about to get onto you for just having carrots for dinner (hope it was accompanied by something else) when I realized I just had popcorn for dinner. ugh!

Danauk! I would LOVE help planning our trip! I have no clue where to begin...outside of London that is...we're staying there 3 nights, then planning on renting a car (I've driven a stick there before..so am okay with it) and spending 7-10 days out about. I teach my kids Latin using a program written by a lady out of Bristol...but their museum is up near Hadrian's wall. That's about all I know about England...I visited York upon Tyne? and Nottingham...but nowhere else in England. My son is a huge birding fan....and it would just tickle him to see species we don't get here. Especially hawks and raptor birds. Please feel free to email me at lmhall2000@yahoo.com if you have some tips! :)

Maria!! I am right there with you mentally!!! I just can't seem to get back into losing gear...but I'm giving this the good ole hard nose try and needing to get back to 175 so I can sail into the 160's...count me in there with you!

Tiff! I did my walk this morning! I think we only did 3.5 miles because we finished 10 minutes early...but I did it and it was quite warm out! I'll be ready for that long walk Sunday!! Let's eat well today!! WE CAN DO THIS!

Linda!! Eating machine days are OVER!!! It's Monday and a brand new start! :) Let's choose WISELY! :)

Kathy!!! YAHOO!!! Congrats to your daughter for the college program...my roommate in college did that..and while we missed her we loved visiting her all the more! :) Does this mean more trips for you? I SURE HOPE SO! :)

I did my walk this am...going to try and find something to fix for breakfast..haven't shopped in 10 days which means I'm down to a few apples and water. ugh. Might have to eat out for breakfast (coffee and bagle)....I just can't low carb when I walk....failed that yesterday...about to get on the scales in a few minutes! Goood MORNING Everyone! :)
