Well, after another weigh day (I skipped it, ugh!) I am ready to jump into it on Monday...dh comes home tonight with our last load of boxes from our home in TN. I should be able to knock those out tomorrow (oh please, our house is already stuffed so I think it'll be mainly a check in the box to see if we keep it or good will it)...with dh back home I should be able to get my exercise back in gear and with that my eating will be better....now onto the realllllly good losers!!!

I am soo sorry to hear about your grandpa...just reading about yours makes me remember mine so well..he also had lung problems (emphysema) and it's horrible to see them go through that...I will pray that he will be comfortable and for you dear!
Linda! Hey!! Hope your weekend is going GREAT
....you've got some busy girls there! You'll have to let us know if she makes the program this summer...I'm soo hoping to be there by fall..maybe I can say hello for you!
How did the therapy go?? I'm sure your dd will do great.
Regina...I have to be honest here...I think you had a WAHOOOO DAY!!!
The more my life gets hit with mini day challenges the more I realize how strong I was to just stay on plan and move for 20 minutes a day...that's a stellar day in my calendar these days...those kind of days set you up for a great ability to maintain when you get to goal...so give yourself a big PAT ON THE BACK!!!
Lacerta...I AGREE!! Those high school years were anything buy my greatest...I have always believed that the year you're in is the greatest...so look forward to some AWESOME memories in the future..but don't forget to make some now!
Each time in your life has it's pluses and minuses...but as I get older (now 37) I am able to find the pluses a lot easier than I might have in the past!
To all 150'ers...if you're reading this we're PULLING for you!!! Each day is a new day to do the right thing...eat less and move more!!!

(kiss) them goodbye on Saturday!!! To tell y'all the truth, this is the farthest I've gone on a weight loss program!!!! Cheers for stickin' to it!!
I know it was uncomfortable for DD17 because DH and I stayed the whole time. She has had a tough week - won't sleep in her room.....just anxious. Have another therapy appt this Friday and also called a different therapist........trying to find the "right" fit for her........this is alot tougher than I thought it would be
listening..........you bring me real comfort
So called her back and said TAG YOUR IT!!
REMEMBER Drink your water and stop to eat then the weak moments won't seem so hard to take!!
I think I'm still retaining some water from traveling and hope to get rid of another pound in the next day or so.
