Rosie....as a moderator I am in my full rights to delete your message as it does not meet the guidelines set forth by the W.I.S.H. board...but I see a bigger issue stemming here...
you need to find the JOY in losing!! How do you think we'd get over 3000 posts if we didn't find JOY in trying to reach a dream...for many of us it is a big struggle to get to the 150's! I think it is a big success to keep from going above another number....for some this thread has kept them from sneaking back above 180, 200, or higher....that in itself is a wonderful accomplishment...we are here to encourage and remind ourselves of the benefits of living a healthy lifestyle...some 150'ers are WW participants, some are Atkins followers, some are slimfasters, some are simply move more eat less....but we all got here by finding it hard to lose and this board is simply to keep our eye on the goal...There have been 150'ers who have made it and moved on....they are maintaining...go back through the multitude of posts and write to them...they are a great source of encouragment...but they never got to 150 with the attitude you have. So, here's some joy for you...

and a big hug to let you know that if you need a place to come and share your journey to 150 or wherever you'd like to be..then you are more than welcome!!!
I'm Baaaaack!!!! And ready to show my body a 150 fitness point! Our trip to England was very enlightening...not a fat person in London...you just can't find any! Unless they're all sitting in their houses and don't venture out...but you walk 10-15 miles a day in London, the food is too expensive to eat and you have some great fit bodies!! So, it inspired me to up my walking...I've been doing 2-3 miles about 4-5 times a week...but if Londoners can walk 10-15...surely I can do 5 miles more often!

I started yesterday! I did 2 miles in the morning and 4 miles in the evening!

YAHOO!!!!
I think if our country wants to battle obesity then they should redesign our cities and workplaces so that we're forced to walk!

Just to go to a grocery in London requires over 2 miles walking!

Not many have cars and it's too dangerous to ride bikes...it really was amazing, I was fit the last time I went to London and didn't really notice it...but boy it hit me being the only size 14 on the streets!

I did run into another person that was maybe a size 16..she was from Knoxville, TN!
So all you 150'ers...let's make that number happen this year! I'm shooting for 5-7 pounds a month..might get 10 pounds off in October...vacation weight comes off easy...but I should be in the 150's if I keep up the walking and watch my food choices...it's all simple but we know how HARD it is!

Bless Rosie for being cynical about the struggle...but that does no one any good..I'm celebrating that I've lost 60 pounds and kept it off for 3 years...I still have 30-40 to go but I have a GREAT attitude to do it with!
Can't wait to catch up with all of you! Any ideas on doing a weekly weigh in or any other suggestions to keep us making this great encouraging thread a positive way to mark our milestones?? Thanks!!!!
