I'm sure this has been answered but I can't find it. If my wife and I are sharing a single carry-on bag, can we bring 12 beers between us or are we limited to 6 beers per bag?

Together is fine. Never been an issue. We usually have a 24 pack in a rolling bag when we travel with my daughter & husband. Depending where we’re going, some get off in port and replenish. The best place is Cozumel at the Mega Store.

For two adults, one person can carry a 12 pack of beer (6 beers per adult). You don't need to split up the box.

Shouldn't be a problem. Worst case you could always grab a grocery bag and put 6 of them in that as your 2nd "carry-on".

Ooh, thanks for this reminder. My parents are driving down and we will meet up on the ship. I may have my dad take us to the wine shop he uses at home to get 4 bottles since they'd be able to not worry about breakage in a checked bag on a flight and it is him and my mom - so 2 people = 4 bottles.
