12 and 15 passenger vans

I currently drive a Honda Odyssey.

There are going to be 9 of us going to the House of Mouse.

1 ECV

6 Adults
3 Children

How big are these vans and are they difficult to drive?

I have driven the 15 passenger van before - not a long distance but in some freeway traffic - to me it is like driving an extended cab pick up with a long bed - but the bed is enclosed. There isn't too much room behind the last row of bench seats to the door - probably like your car and I don't know if you can take the last row of seats out.

They are not very difficult to drive at all. As mentioned like a big pickup or SUV. You shouldn't have an issue.
