Hey all you "Turkeys", just got word that Pikey will be back on the Magic...... :cool1: Now it's just a matter of 2 months off and 4 or 6 on and 2 more months off.....I believe this "tour of duty" is 4 on and 2 off that makes him on April-July and Oct.-January..... :woohoo:
Okay, since I'm not a turkey, who's Pikey?

There is a DJ Pikey thread that Willie started in the regular cruise line forums. He was everywhere in charge of the FUN!! :woohoo:

Okay cruisers! It's time to head home!!!! Yahoo - not that this would be exciting to those of you off on vacations (gaRry, Sue, Lisa), but for me it's nice.

Have a great weekend all - I'm sure I'll be too busy to check in. :Pinkbounc :bounce:

Boy, we are slacking today!! We were down on page 2!

I think I have come down with some type of stomach bug. I can't eat without getting nauseous and I couldn't keep things down last night. Yuck.

I just found that I have adobe photoshop so I am going to see if I can figure out how to use it and work on sign ideas for the cruise!!! I am having a terrible time trying to find a Christmas Tinkerbell, though. Ugh.

Some of you may remember from last year, when this thread first started, I spoke of how my Dad got sick and a tumor was found. He has been in the hospital since Thursday night, and even though things could certainly change, it is not looking good. I am hoping he can recover enough so that he can come home with me this week to remain comfortable for whatever time left he may have.

It's funny, I really thought I would be prepared for this, but I am out of my mind right now with sadness watching him in so much pain. He is a very strong, proud man and this is not how he would want to go.

Please send prayers for my Dad and thanks for listening.

I am soo sorry. I know what it's like to lose a father to cancer. It's never easy, but I'm here for you. Any time you want to talk just PM me or email me. pixiedust:

Mary Anne- I am very sorry to hear about your father. I lost my mother to cancer 8 years ago after a very difficult illness. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Lisa

On a very different note...we are now back from our quick weekend visit to WDW. Expedition Everest was awesome!! Even Mason enjoyed it after he rode it!! He's 6 so we weren't sure if it would be too intense for him, but it wasn't!! He was also finally tall enough for Space Mountain!! He was soooo excited that he was able to ride!! He loved it!! :thumbsup2

Lisa

Mary Ann, my thoughts and prayers are with you and your father. I still have both my parents but DH has lost his mother, father and step-mother and I know it is not easy. Know that we are all here for you....

Stace, thanks. Yeah, I found those yesterday. I wish the one of her in red had all of her cause that is perfect. We found some removable wall stickers of Tink at Menards yesterday so I bought them and have scanned some in to my computer to see what I can do.

hey everybody. is there a teen thread set up for this cruise yet?!

not sure. I know i didn't start one because I will be 18 on this crusie and according to disney

..."18 years of age is considered an adult"....

WOOPEE! :cheer2:

Tink,
why don't you start one up? I know my two DD's will be glad to join in on it. So, if you do start one, post here and let us know, OK?

Willie

maybe i can even convince my sister to get on here, join, and post. lol. :thumbsup2

OH Bubbles.... :grouphug: lots of prayers and pixie dust. :grouphug:

pm me if you need to.

the cold season has hit our house with force. dd6 was up v----ing all night and now dd3 and I have a gnarly head cold. So couch and movie day today.

Hey Stacey, I like the first one. Lets whip that up into a t shirt. Besides think how cute Gary, Lampy and Willie will look in it. :teeth:

Can I tell you all how amazing it is to watch the 3 year old do computer programs for kindergartners. She scares me sometimes.

:wave2: -D

BTW- who knows about citrus trees?

My lemon tree has me stumped.

Planted an almond tree this weekend too. That makes 10 different types of food bearing trees in my back. Need some berries now.

Hey D...what's up with the lemon tree? We have lemons, oranges and grapefruits. They can be finicky little buzzards.
