Congrats V!!! That is awesome!

Sarah came in my room today and said she just missed the bus. Ok? Why not ask your DAD to take you!?! Also got him to take Dina to preschool! :woohoo:

Decisions, decisions. I was looking into taking the girls to the Disney on Ice Princesses, then remembered Mickey's Magic Show. Now of course there is the High School Musical. What to do, what to do. They are all in seperate months...Nov, Dec, and Jan.

My sis just called me, seems somehow she roped my mom into coming up Saturday night to babysit for Pleasure Island.

Interesting.

Should be fun...last time we all played twister at one of the bars, drank from beach buckets at another, got completely drenched on arrival after spending 2 hours getting hair #7582 patted down just right, all in all ---vettechick's good times!
It sounds like you guys will have a great weekend!

oh my ....Jan and Feb rates out for DCL Fl discounts....maybe a three nighter for Haley's birthday and I can somehow get Valentine's day in there too?
Oh how I wish we lived in FL!!!

The girls had a good time last night at the Eid party (Ramadan). First we stopped at Boscovs, but what the heck happened to that store?!?! Sarah and Amanda were trying to find some sweaters and none fit very well. The one wouldn't even go on an arm?! :confused3 Sarah likened it to one of those Chinese yo-yo things. We did find some cute capri legging with skulls all over them. Now we have to find a cute black skirt for over it and a neat top! Sound good for PN?

I wish the military could be a little more specific on when my niece's DH is coming home from Iraq. There are military discounts for our cruise and they could get a room for about $1000. They never did get a honeymoon...

We had to laugh last year. We were waiting in line at Spaceship Earth after the cruise, and we were the ONLY people in shorts. It was like 65 degrees! And it was probably going to be about 75 for the day. The Florida natives were dressed up like eskimos, and I am in a polo and shorts feeling GOOD!

They of course were looking at us like we were cuckoo.

Our last cruise was in Jan. My DH and I were swimming at CC. The people from the island and the lifeguards were wearing sweatshirts and totally bundled up.

When we got off of the ship we were wearing shorts and the locals were also bundled!!! It was funny. When we landed back in Allentown it was snowing and about 30 degress. I have written in my scrapbook that the day we were in Key West it was 78 there and 18 at home!!!!

On the radio yesterday they were talking about internet addiction. They were taking calls and I wanted to call in and mention the DIS!

I guess I should start my "real life" day so I'm not mistaken for being addicted or something. :rolleyes1

I've been wanting to go to one of the two places in Kentlands....

You wouldn't be interested in a day trip Karen would you.....

A day trip to make meals?? I can't remember what the topic was.

I'm set for a while...in fact - fair warning ----- make sure your freezer is empty enough to handle a whole bunch of meals. We have 4 :sad2: full size refrigerator/freezers at our house and 2 litle ones and it was a little difficult to fit everything......and keep in mind...we are the shelter house in case of emergency....our entire neighborhood will be coming to our house for food.
