Continuing my story in a second post... So now DrHug has told his agency he needs the 26th off for an appt at the VA that he does not have. Note, he does not get paid when he does not work!

so can he reschedule and take another day off or once he has off, he just doesn't get paid?

Well, partner sent a note to the clinic manager to see if we can get him in that day. Otherwise he will contact his agency and see if they can book him somewhere. Pretty short notice though and the jobs for that day likely are filled. Oh well.

The girls are just getting done dinner and still have to shower and practice piano and flute. I can't wait until this weekend when Ramadan will be over and we can go back to eating at a better hour. Oh wait! Do I ever feed us at a descent hour??
