Thanks Kim! You are actually making me tear up a little with such a nice offer. I know we will make it work but I am sure everyone knows how I felt. It is just a very difficult place to be in. I was embarassed and frustrated and angry and sad and just a huge mix of emotions. It is like having PMS!

I have never known any other kind of Smarties. On our first cruise one of the DISers from Canada brought Nestle chocolate bars to share that we don't get in the States. THOSE were FANTASTIC!!!! YUMMY!!!

The Nestle factory is just 10 minutes from my condo, . Never been. Had friend who worked there, and they were given chocolate "errors" by the kilogram box for free.

Oh Becka....there is nothing as sweet as candy talk! I also love snickers and reeses. I seriously am a candyaholic. It can not be anywhere near our house when I am doing WW!!!!! I am making a bag for each kid on our manifest. I can see that there are a few adults that I will need to make a bag for as well!

Does this boy have a physical or mental disability? We have had some situations similar to this with some disabled children. Legally you need to go through some pretty strict channels with lots of paper work to move them. If he doesn't have any disabilities...I don't understand that.

I am going to go in next week in the morning to help with reading....really to scout things out & see who this kid is & how they interact with the others.

Well, I thought that I would jump on here quickly & catch up before the kids get home from school...but it doesn't look like that will happen. I have done laundry, ironed, made two big banners for the carnival art contest, and baked a couple rounds of cookies so that DS can take some to his teacher. She bought a house on the next street over. We will be at the school this afternoon putting up some of these banners & cutting out letters for them. Yes, I am working on the carnival again...and it is really irking me that the VP isn't doing a darn thing for the PTO. I am doing decorations & the auction...all before the carnival takes place. I am thinking that I will take my kids around for the first hour and then work the prize booth after they leave.
