I saw this one at the mall last night....

"I got tired of waiting for success and decided to go on without it."

That needs to be in cross stitch.

Morning everyone! :wave2:

Sadly, no posting for me today. (So, what on earth is this, you might ask!?!) :rotfl2:

Had barely got settled in my comfy Library chair :surfweb: and DH called.......has a migraine and needs me to come home and get the kids. :sad1:

Jodi -- Have a great wedding shower today!! :bride: Looking forward to meeting you, too!

this shows how out of touch I have become. The place I used to primarily go was the DVC board. I haven't been there in so long I am reading DVC announcements later. I didn't know about the extended hours so I went to the membersite

To better serve the growing Disney Vacation Club Member community, Member Services has expanded its operating hours on Thursdays, taking calls until 10 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, and added operations on Saturdays, serving Members from 1-5 p.m EST.

With these additions, Members now may reach Member Services at (800) xxx-xxxx from 9 a.m.-5:30 p.m. EST on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays; from 9 a.m.-10 p.m. EST on Thursdays; and from 1-5 p.m. EST on Saturdays.

And I did not hear about AKL expansion AKL Press release :woohoo:

Yes, and I am convinced you never get too old to peruse the menu! :rotfl2:

and never forget to eat at home ....

Actually that AKV is going to be a major dilemma for me - talking DH into another contract or cruising again. Of dear. I think I'd better start saving now. Oh, does that mean I need to save even more for the cruise if they offer DVC add-ons on the ship. :rolleyes1

Okay the boos have been added. Karate at 12 I'll come back later and catch up on 3+ days of reading.

Yes that's the train station on Summit. There's a bar down the tracks from there and another one across the street that brews their own. (Former Summit Station Grill; they have new owners and recently reopened; not sure if same name now.)

The crepe place is in Kentlands. Near Great Seneca & Quince Orchard Road.

We lived near Great Seneca & Quince Orchard and our DS attended Quince Orchard HS.

Shall we start a caravan down?? :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
Too bad everyone is leaving on different days.

That would fun wouldn't it? The only problem is that I am a "gonzo" driver .... push the limit and no stops. It drives my DW crazy to have to ask for a "pit stop". :moped:

Good Morning Group!!!!!!

Today's the big day, our WEDDING SHOWER!!!!!!! Now I am really getting excited for everything.....

Have a great time! We will want to see some pictures.

I'm taking pictures of a wedding today. The son of one our Officer friends who is just back from Iraq. It will be great.

My Internet finally went out last night during chat so I had to leave suddenly. I am sure you guys continued to have fun long after I left. :( Maybe someone can send me a copy of chat so I won't feel so left out. ;)

PJ, great job on the newsletter!!!!!!

Paul just walked in and I was showing him all the posts and everthing, he was saying how nice it was that there will be lots of friendly faces. I told him how I invited to group to the wedding and he loved it......

Can't wait, although, I am going to miss the wine and cheese gathering the day of the wedding :guilty: Maybe I'll have to get my hair done early so I can try to join in for awhile.

Thanks again for everones help and advice along the way. Can't wait to meet everyone in person.

Have a great time at your shower!!! The wedding will be here before you know it! :bride:

Well today was going to be pumpkin fest day but the kids are in bad moods and I woke up with a lovely sinus headache (or maybe from DIS Chat withdrawal.. ;) ). Anyway we might just put it off until tomorrow.

Yep, while the menus may look wonderful and exciting there is absolutely nothing like a home cooked meal!!

DrHug did senior portraits for DGS's not a girlfriend Sam yesterday.

We are off to pick up DGD, to step-mom's and then to see that new baby. Don't leave us in the dust too much!

Jodie, have a great time at your shower. What a special time for you, enjoy every minute.
