OMG - it is all coming together. There is a little airport about 4 miles from the park. The weather is supposed to be great. The airport has a loaner car for us - who knows what we will be pulling up in.

I just threw this out to hubby as a lark because I know he hasn't flown in a little while. LOL.

I don't want to hold anyone back about what they would like to do during the day but we would love to meet for lunch or dinner and some rides.

Is the plan still to meet at the ferris wheel at noon.

Should I PM someone my cell phone etc. Things always have a way of going wrong when it comes to flying, so it may be that we will get held up.

My hubby's name is Ken. The kids are Giona (jonah) and Jaea (jaya). Our pic is on the bio page so you will almost recognize us.

I am so looking forward to getting together with everyone.

Angie - Happy 39th Anniversary!! Oregon is one state I've never made it to.....unless you count flying into Salem once. We were on the same 10-night Christmas cruise in 2004! Can't wait to see the Magic all decorated again!

you'll keep finding more and more similarities as the days go by - isn't it great!!

We are - naturally - waitlisted for Early dining...going to throw myself on the mercy of the CM's in Rockin' Bar D to switch. We learned the hard way that our youngest DS does not do well with Late dining.

That will be SO cool to see you in full CJS regalia! Are you used to the gasps of joy and delight that come from true POC fans when they first see you?!?!

I'm still catching up so someone else may have already told you, but if you link dining with the group (talk to Lisa about this) you will be moved to early seating with them.

No Need for that ...If you have early seating the Captain will be making rounds to all the lil pirates during dinner ...and may also pop in and say Aye , to everyone at late seating ...But there be plenty of time to get pictures ..

Try not getting your picture taken with CJS. That'll be the trick. I can just see the "official" Captain Jack pouting around the ship because nobody wants to play with him.

As for the "wenches" don't forget that Todd has a lovely wife of his own. (See the gal that looks like a teenager in his sig) Why do we never hear from her?

Depends on how much $$$. It would be nice not to worry about school so that may be a possibility. We will have to see when the schedule comes out. We really wants to cruise with some fellow DIS geeks...I think you might qualify. I really am kind of hoping for something exciting from DCL that summer since it is the 10th anniversary.

We were booked for the June Eastern this year before having to reschedule for the double dip and let me just say we booked a higher category for the DD AND got over $1500 refunded to us!!!! Cruising in June is super pricey.

I LOVE the RMOG ads - in fact, just last month, I was able to download most of them online!! They crack me up!!

I had to go to the dentist today. I had a root canal a year ago that has never felt "quite right". Well yesterday I ate some really hot oatmeal and the heat from it shot pain through the tooth so I knew I better have it checked out. The dentist wants me to call an endodontist and have the root canal redone.

I am so jealous of you guys having your mini-meets. My first meet will be in the cruise terminal. We really need to find some more Central Midwestern DIS Geeks!

Becka - how far are you from Caruthersville? If I go home to mom's before the cruise, I'll let you know. I was supposed to go to a reunion in 2 weeks, but it's not gonna happen! Diana

I just talked to DC....she is coming home from the hospital today!!! She has been there long enough!!!! She will still be on antibiotic for about a week yet. She plans on returning to work next week. What a scare! Thank you all for your kind thoughts and prayers!

I'm so glad to hear this Brandi!! What a relief. Keep us posted if you hear anything about that wacky cat.
