Everyone goes. The fabric that DD talked DH into getting so that I can make her a princess apron for cooking with me wouldn't scan & the cashier was training and we went thru the uscan. She had to come over to put it thru and the red vest person started telling her that the uscan is for people to do themselves & she is to stay at her station. Well, I told her what I thought about that & we left...without one of the bags...with the one thing DH needed...a lightbulb for one of the front lights on the car. OY! So....back I went...didn't have our bag so now I had to find the right bulb by looking at all of the UPCs. OY! OY! So then DH asked about the car's registration. The last ones are paid & on the car...but not his car that expired 4/15. I just paid it so we should get the slip next week. So.....I forgot to mention that when I was heading back to WM not happy to go back to my least favorite store in the world....I noticed a white car pulling out of the KofC hall lot. CRUD! It was a police car!!! I looked & was right at 30. I dropped to 29 & continued on. I was so upset I hadn't paid attention...but no lights for over half a mile & I was stopped at the light & the nice police man didn't try to talk to me. WHEW!lbgraves said:ARG!!! OK I am losing it. First DH got home at 3:30 so I was going to run to WM to pick up the few things that are just less expensive there...milk alone is over $1 less a gallon.
I've actually called the manager before and they've given me a $25 GC for my troubles. Last time...the manager wanted to send the apples that didn't make it home out to my house via one of his employees. That made me feel like I was beign WAY too *itcy so I said, "gee, that's okay". DH thought I whimped out. Did I mention that my DSs eat 2 apples EVERY day! I go through about 10-12 apples EACH WEEK!!!! The used to drink 3 gallons of milk a week. I'm not kidding...when they were about 4 & 5, they drank milk ALL THE TIME. Guess now you guys can understand why I'm at the grocery store a lot.
