I ordered 3 and 1 this morning at 6 am est. The three came immediately and added with no problem on DGC. The one just came (so like hours later) but added just fine. *shrugs* another data point

I ordered 4 at 12:09 EST and I haven't received them via email. I got an email at 12:11 saying that they were shipped and I should look for an email from SamsEV but I haven't gotten the email.

Edited to add that I have the gift cards if I use the link they provide to find your digital order. Weird that the email never came. I checked junk and trash and nothing. Now to see if I can actually access them.

Since this sam's deal is so popular seems worth mentioning to anyone with multiple amex cards you can add the same amex offer to multiple cards with the Cardpointers+ service. I bought $1000 eDGC at 10% off on Best Buy's website a week or so ago and now have a 10% at Home Depot available on 6 different amex cards for a another possible $1500 in DGCs. Cardpointers is a subscription service but i have just been using a 7 day free trial with a new email address whenever one of these deals needs to be loaded on a bunch of cards. Amex normally limits you to 1 card per offer without it

Ack! I purchased 4 of the DGC last night around 9pm. My Sam's card was charged, I got the email delivery, but not one of them allows me to check balance nor add them to one card. Of course, it isn't Sam's issue (I reported the problem). They said it was Disney. I emailed Disney and the return email said it could take 5 days. In the meantime I just tried to order one more card from Sam's and I was denied the purchase.

This is intriguing, thanks for sharing. How does it work to allow the offers to add to multiple cards?

I’m unsure of how they do it but it’s a browser extension that adds hundreds of offers across all cards within a few seconds. One annoying thing is Amex emails you to remind you of expiring offers you likely had no intention of using. Thankfully it’s rare, maybe once a month.

I did a 4x card order this morning and could not add the new digital cards at the time, but could still add the old physical cards I use for in-hand gift card balance holders. Just now this afternoon I was able to add my digital card balances and transfer them successfully to my physical cards. YMMV.

I ordered 3 and 1 this morning.
Got confirmation from Sam’s almost immediately but still haven’t gotten the actual cards. Tried entering info on SamsEV site and order not found. Anyone else still waiting?

Yep, I think lots of us still waiting. Have heard nothing for the 4 I ordered on my non-Plus account at 7:45 this morning.

Update! The 4 cards I purchased last evening are now safely combined and on a new physical gc.

No there is no interest.

You used to go in every month and pay with your gift card for the monthly amount but they stopped that this year.

You should be able to pay them all off but remember the gift cards can only have $1,000 loaded on it so I think you have to have your dues down to that.

I always pay mine upfront so I don't know for sure.

You do not have to pay down your dues. Just select to pay by contract and add the $1000 gift cards one at a time. Takes a few more steps. And yes, you have to do it at the beginning of the year, can no longer use gift cards for monthly payments.

This is probably contrary, but I didn't have any issues with how Sam's handled my order. I ordered 4 cards at 6:30 am and got the email with the card numbers at about 4:00 pm and consolidated them with no issues. I believe they have secured protocols to prevent hackers from getting gift cards and moving the money to another card before the credit card charge has processed -- which I think is reasonable. And I just saved $80 on my $25 membership (which I have also used for other DGC purchases) -- thank you Sam's Club.

Just got my 4 DGCs from Sam’s!! Haven’t tried to load them on the DGC website yet. So, took a little over 9 hours for me.

Just another DP. I already posted that I ordered 4 cards from Sam's Club this morning around 8:50 and got the emails pretty quickly but had the same problem as everyone else and could not add the cards to the Disney Card site or see the balance.

I called around 10AM and they said they were restricted and it would be lifted in 24-48 hours and that I could not use the cards until then. He paused and then took some contact info and the card numbers. When I asked why, he said just that they would notify me when the restriction was lifted.

Came in around 4PM from doing yard work and sure enough all cards loaded to the Disney Card website and I was able to consolidate them. Don't know if the call helped or not. Based on others, it seems it may have just worked itself out without the call but impossible to tell for sure.

They made changes this year and from what was stated if you turn off monthly auto pay you had to pay the balance in full. So since you can only use one card to make this payment and gift cards only are capable of holding $1,000 I would think you have to pay it down to $1,000 or less.
Now MA might be able to take multiple cards over the phone but I am not sure.

I just pay for it upfront so I don’t have any experience with this but I know there were several upset folks when the changes rolled out for this years dues.
