We are currently not planning on doing anything at Palo but if there is a group brunch we would definatly be interested. We would be 2 more. Just let us know if this is possible.

RAIN - AAAAHHHHHH

IT is killing us!!!! Half of the road are flooded around here! I had to go for blood work this morning and I seriously drove all over the county until I could get home. I got to the dr office and then the roads started to close when I was on my way home. All of the fire depts are out and about. The small streams are all flooded. RAIN RAIN GO AWAY!!!!!

My friend called and her basement is flooded. Our home is fine but our driveway is getting completely ripped apart.

When are they saying the rains may stop back there? We had similar floods in 1996. Every road out of this area was gone, either closed by mud slides or washed out. Even though we are on high ground we lost our driveway. Terrible time, we will definately keep you all in our prayers.

Ah the joys of summer camp, does the silence get any better and then when they get home they are tuckered out!

Oh my I can't wait the boys golike at the end of july. This is wyatts firstyear as he turns 7 this thursday. I got him a new brighhhhhhhhhht yellow mountain bike. Wanted to cry yesterday when I saw all th cars helmets at walmart and they were all smalls. He has a big head and would never fit in one of them.

I'm only on page 352 trying to catch up.

I was up late the other nigh on the computer. DH woke up for about the 4th time and said come to bed, come to bed. I reply I can't sleep. come to bed come to bed. O.k. but I can't sleep.... So I went to bed, almost 90 min later after me tossing and turning and him waking up several several times. He says. It's o.k. honey you can go back to the computer. I said no thanks I'll stay in bed with you. I thought it would teach him.... Next time I say I can't sleep leave me on the computer.

I like the progressive room tours. Our Cat 11 will be open to whomever and we can get stuff from room service. Or we could just do wine in our room as the cat 11s are pretty tight for space. Would be fun to see how many we could pack in though. Kind of like the phone booth or volkswagon packing of the 50's and 60's. I'm dating myself!

Oh Brandi - I know what you mean. It is raining here in Harrisburg...more like a downpour!!! Considering that our basement keeps getting water in it from that $#%$^@!! contractor we had...I'm just dreading going home tonight.

The church bus came to getthe boys this morning for v.b.s. and they didn't even get breakfst. Bad mom. We live 3 blocks from the church but they like to ride it. go figure. anyway it doesn't start tell nine and they showed up at 8:10. I guesse they will be ready for lunch. they do get a snack. I am reserching front loading washer as our broke last thursday. The boys get home at 12:30. we pick my neice up at 12:45 in the next town over from dance lessons. Have lunch swim then my other neice gets done at 3:15 from here dance picks up anna from me, Wyatt doc apt at 3:15 in same town. Then home to start dinner and work on the wave runner again. It was over 95 here yesterday, and will be the rest of the week. Lake allday tomorrow. Oh ya I told DH I would wash his pants today and do the dishes and put away the lawndry. I need to go to the back cracker, get milk and spark plugs for the wave runner, get the batterie charger out to take to the lake tomorrow for the jet ski. its sitting on the dock with a dead batterie. find the wrench to take with us so we can hook up the propain tank to bbq hamburgers for lunch tomorrow. And go buy gattoraid (?). I don't think I will get it all done. I know I won't if I stay on here. better go. Mum

Lisas little girl is precious. DH and I just laugh when we see the e-mails( they are sooo cute!) but DD takes them with the upmost seriousness and they make total 6 year old sense.

You wouldn't believe how long it takes her to type those out. I keep asking...can I help you...but usually I get a big no. She sends emails to her "dade" too.

We would need to see how many are interested and then you would need to contact them ahead of time. There is a separate room at Palo that holds a large group. DISers have used it before. A Cat 3 guest on the 10 day Christmas Cruise in 2004 reserved it for us. If we are interested I can PM her and ask her who/when/how she arranged it. Guess we would first need to see if others are interested in a group brunch. Count us in for 2.

Angie, I am going to be in touch with someone regarding our linked resies for regular dining soon. I will ask that person about it.

OK guys, the progressive stateroom wine & cheese will need to be on Thursday since we found that the concierge team needs a little time to set it up. That would make our brunch on Monday...which is the day we were going to be making resies anyway (me, DH, John, DW, & Pjpooh-don't want her to think anyone is upset with her ).
