Lisa, guess what Amy got? An Ice Cream maker. And guess what, we are brining it to the beach. Ice Cream and milkshakes here we come!
Now, lets start thinking about flavors . . .
We went out for ice cream tonight, and the place near us "Handels" has lots of homemade flavors. My new favorite is called "cake batter", and is a flavor that tastes just like licking the beaters when you were a kid and your mom was mixing the cake batter! Mmmmmmmm Mmmmmmm Goooooooood!

I guess I should quit whining about not washing the car.klineyqueen said:I had to drive home in the dark with torrential rain tonight. I was so thankful to get home! I was seriously afraid of a gigantic puddle swallowing me whole!

Good luck today with the contract!klineyqueen said:Tonight I had a teachers union meeting. Our contract expires on the last day of June. We approved a contract at our meeting. Tomorrow night the school board will have a special meeting to (hopefully) approve it as well. The contract is pretty good...I am happy. This time around it was easy. Last time it expired and we worked 2 years without a contract. We went on strike and everything until it was settled. It was a real nightmare! I am in a union but I am not much of a union girl.....
