Patsy, that's OK that you haven't lived in any of the same places. However, I am working up the ambition to take your t-shirt quilt idea and get to work on the millions my oldest dd has acquired.

And Karen, wow. Camp Hill and UNCW. If you tell me you're a CV grad then I'll really be concerned.

Sorry - lots of friends who were CV grads, but I went to high school in Lancaster. After HS I moved to NC for school...then to DC where I worked too long!! Now I'm back here.

What year did you graduate from CV? Any chance you know a Rose Eskin? She's a dear friend who graduated from CV and she'll be on the cruise with us!!

I decided, what the heck? How much more can it be. My TA said they cannot tell me unless one opens up, but I can always say no if it is too expensive. So yes, we are now waitlisted for a 2 and a 1. Cross your fingers, maybe we will get lucky!

Speaking of ducks in a row I have 2 of my 3 post cruise table services nailed down. We are doing Le Cellier on Saturday, Liberty Tree on Sunday (that will be a first), and I still need a for Monday.

We are doing AK in the morning and MGM at night (I want to see the festival of lights) We can either do a TS rest. at MGM or a hotel. I am leaning toward a hotel rest. do you have any ideas or suggestions. We are going to be on the meal plan.

Spoodles at the Boardwalk is very, very good and I think it is on the dining plan.

I gotta get crackin' making potato salad and peach cobbler today. Also need to pick up a bunch of watermelons and get them cut up.

I did some research today and I have it narrowed down to Spoodles, Olivia's Cafe, or 'Ohana. We have done many table service in the parks but very little outside. We did 1800 park fare and Chef Mickey's and other than food courts that is the only hotel rest. we ate at. What do you think? I really need that last to be finalized. (I will call overplanners are us later )

Our thoughts are with you. I'd come help if you were closer, maybe I'd learn to cook. Are you going to sandpoint this summer? I so don't want to go becouse we have so much going on here at out lake. That even going to Davids lake doesn't sound like fun. 2 1/2 hour drive then home. Maybe the boys and I could go to the movies, or the beach. Silverwood would be fun but we have been so many times already and spending $150 of my disney moneyto go this summer not. I have a feeling from now on tell forever I will refer to money as my disney money. Anyway I was thinking it wouldn't be so bad of aa drive and day if you were going sometime this summer. We could have a mini meet also. I'm in no hurry thoe.



I need to get ahold of a guy DH worked for at the lake and see if he can dredge our seaweed at the dock before we anchor the water trampoline. I bought fun noodles to nail on the end of the dock becouse the boys keep pulling the trampoline back to the dock to jump on it. The boys are playing cars on the ps2. Better go get ready for the day as it is 11 here. Have a great day everyone.

He stopped by last night and gave wyatt the cars game for ps2, it's eather really cool stuff or stuff that will drive me crazy. The birthday card he got him said (remember w turned 7) My dog ate your preasent,.... but if you wait a day or two you can still have it. He's off his rocker sometimes. Wyatt said uncle danny your just sick. My bro just laughed. whatever

Karen, that name sounds familiar but I'm not coming up with a face. Since I left the state for college and then lived in NC and VA I haven't kept in touch with anyone from high school. Anyway, there were over 700 of us in the class of 83(!). My brother and sister graduated in 82 and 84 and they'll be cruising, too; and my dad worked at CV for years. So she may recognize someone in the family.

Angie, even though I'm just out of lurker mode, I've read your posts. Thinking of you this weekend.

there's a post on the main cruise board about them. It's a fabric pouch/envelope thing that you hang on the fish by your door for extra messages/goodies.

Reading about the fish extenders has me thinking I should make some for my family and deliver surprises early each day... like temporary tattoos for pirate night.

Hey - does anyone ever venture onto the community boards? BIG STORMS a brewing over there... it is really getting yucky. I used to laugh at the commotions, but it has gotten down right ugly. I pity all the monitors on that board. I can't understand why everyone is getting so mean to each other.

Karen, I've lurked on the community board for years, too. Not sure if I'll ever post there.
There are (were?) really nice posters there. It's too bad that it's not so friendly now.
