Yes. That is a CIII here now. I think we may be the only state to have put it on the "Narcotic" Schedule. Rx only. Other states may follow because of Oregon and the Meth problems.

Now however, the Physicians are writing for 90 days supply for those, and one Rx for each member of the family. I had a family like that last month. And when I went to counsel them on their meds I discovered that they all had Meth Mouth.
Their teeth were really bad........so the Dr gave them a big enough supply, by Rx, to do a batch of Meth. SO, why bother with all the regs? Arrrrrrrrrgh!

Dr. Hug, you are right on the money. Obviously if people want to get this stuff bad enough, they can. Kind of ruins it for the rest of us who just need it for a week.

If I mailed it to you would it be illegal? You cannot cross the border here with beer from Idaho because it has a higher alchohol content. Thought it may be the same principle.

NOPE! Pharmecutical companies fascinate me! I did my masters thesis on the transfer of drugs from prescription to OTC and the financial implications of this transition.

Yep, technically the same principal, but Meth Makers don't care about the law anyway. I still have some from two years ago, which is okay. I bought it back then anticipating the law changes.

My sister was Samples Manager for Allergan for a few years. She was with the company for 25 years and quit about a year and a half ago. She worked her way up to her position after starting out as a clerk in the typing pool. Now she works from home as a consultant to the Pharmaceutical Industry. She is my 'little' sister. I was really proud of her.

She is being miserable. She really is acting like a child, not like a grown woman. It will all be over next Sunday. Then she will either sulk or hate me forever. Or she could win, then look out...it will be "power trip city!"

The people from that pic (sign holder and cookie) are having us over for a "victory" or "defeat" dinner next Sunday. They are nutty, but our best friends! They are the people we get together with every week and play cards or do something. They have 2 kids also. My son "just loves" their daughter Katrina. Their son Alex is 9...so he usually brings his own entertainment!
