We re-booked on board for the Magic Eastern cruise on Dec. 4 2010.....anyone else going on this one??

I'm not 100% sure we'll keep it though.

That new ship of RCCL "Oasis of the Seas" is calling my name. I might have to do something about it.

We re-booked on board for the Magic Eastern cruise on Dec. 4 2010.....anyone else going on this one??

That new ship of RCCL "Oasis of the Seas" is calling my name. I might have to do something about it.

I also booked the 12/4/10 cruise but will probably transfer it to the new Disney ship, but I only have $125 tied up in each room as I booked 2 rooms but 1 person in each room.

BUT The OASIS OF THE SEAS also has my name on it and I think Chayce and Samantha wouldn't mind going either...Now to pick a date to suit us all. I am looking at the 2/13/10 Eastern Caribbean sailing. Let me know what you think Getting me excited again here Greg. That cruise has my name on it, and it is only a little over a year away and will be nice in the dead middle of winter we are thrown into sunshine Awww poor us

She did pretty good, but I won't be taking her back on any cruises till at least 2010!

You must of caught her after eating chocolate.

Chayce had so much fun....he's still on cloud nine!

Nicole got her wish to look like a Princess.

And Brayden was usually so busy trying to do everything that he normally didn't make it past dinner.

I booked for that cruise also....again not sure I'm gonna keep that date either...I put my name along with my daughter and the "new" baby....so I may push it out until sometime in 2011.....well see....

2/13/10 might work for us....my kids don't have school on Feb. 15 so they'd only miss 4 days.

I've also been looking at something around the first of Oct. we're usually out of school for about 3 days the first week in Oct? Our school district hasn't released the dates for 2010-2011 yet so I won't know for sure till next year.

Of course if I can find a great deal on something during the summer when the kids are out that would be ideal!

Chayce and Nicole's teachers just called me today and said another day and they both should be caught back up.

Taking a 2yr old on a cruise was not one of the smarter things I've ever done.

She wanted to play in the Kids club with Braden so bad, but of course she couldn't.


We weren't planning on re-booking, but our last night at dinner we asked the kids how they like the cruise and they all said (except Holly) that it was the best vacation they'd ever had.....so we re-booked for 2010 hoping that Holly will have more fun because she'll be able to join the kids club then.

Yeah, when she is older it will be much easier. Did she go to Flounders at all?

Our 2010/2011 school calendar is out. You know if you can wait until 90 days out you can get some GREAT deals in the summer, follow it this year and you'll see, and getting airfare 60 days out is easy in the summer also.

Morning all from a frozen Oregon.

Later its suppose to start to rain, then turn to freezing rain and then to 4 inches of snow by morning and more coming sunday

Greg has gone to work but will more than likely spend the night at a hotel near work instead of the dangerous drive home tonight.

all our first 2 snow storms is still here and since Oregon isnt use to getting this much all at once we arnt equipped with enough sanders to keep even the major roads cleared. What an adventure and its not even officially winter yet

Seems like everyone is getting back to their routines again.
Time to get dishes done and some house work before I loose power which is probably going to happen with all the freezing rain coming.Thank goodness we have a generator to run.

We're getting all your snow too.

It was snowing when we landed Sunday and its still snowing.

Our roads are terrible!!

I'm getting ready to head into town with Janel to get her snow tires put on her car.

LisaRae, how about Newfane, Vt, or Stowe, VT or Killington, VT? You really need a 'resort' area, or they roll up the streets at dusk in the winter.

I know a nice cozy little lodge in Killington. You can fly into Albany, NY, or Hartford, CT or Manchester, NH on a non-stop from Orlando and rent a car.

yeah, you're right about that. We have run into that before going to the mountains at Christmas. A resort probably would be better. Or we may just wait until January or February. I'm just afraid that work is going to get really busy again. We start testing new payloads the first week of January.

I'll take a look at those areas you suggested though.
