Are you going to go see Kennedy space center or Sea world or Universal Studios?

We'll definatley have to hook up while we're there.

We are going to do Discovery Cove again, that place is awesome!!

We'll probably go to Seaworld because they give us free passes with our Discovery Cove reservation, but I'm not sure if we'll get tickets to Universal again. It was allot of fun, but I'm sure it will be allot busier in the summer.

The family shows on Carnival were NOT what I consider family shows.
I was embarassed when my grandkids were with me. They thought the male strippers were funny but I didnt!!

Guess I am old school!! But I dont plan on changing anytime soon.

Janel and I went on the Carnival Paradise several years ago and really enjoyed it, but I don't think our kids would of had much fun.

We are going to do Discovery Cove again, that place is awesome!!

If you come in August as you said, if you come in the last part of the month all the East coast schools will be back in session, so that helps with the weekday crowds. Not too bad really. The first part of August the East Coast kids are still out of school.

Anywhere you go whether its sea world or the space center, go on a weekday. Monday or tuesday are the best and be there at opening and you'll do fine. Just do like my Greg does. Head for Kraken and Atlantis first thing. Do them all you want, then do the rest of the park.

I save the artic place with the polar bears, the penguins and the show at the back of the park with all kinds of acrobatic stuff for the hottest part of the day. They are inside and air conditioned.
At the shows I sit up high so I am in the shade and try to catch the earliest show they have.

This is the first I'm hearing about the mini meet....so can you explain to me and who's going......it sounds interesting....I wouldnt mind going...I havent been there since I was a kid... Greg...pm me the info...thanks

Hey Kathy: Heather will be staying in till she reaches her 20 year mark.....she's been in for 9 years...so only 11 to go......
She's having a little girl...and yes she is spoiled already....you would not believe the outfits that I bought her already.....

Yup, we are going to try again! Hopefully, the gas prices stay down!

Sure hope so...I put gas in the SUV tonight and it was about 60% cheaper then last spring! Now if we could only have low gas prices and a higher CN$ that would be great

Hi Jaime,
well we made them all stand up and admit to who they were. They got a lot of laughs and applause and a lot of surprized people when they found out the true identies.

My Greg was the original Elmer who started it all,
and NO i didnt know he was the culprit for along time.

Greg ID became his co-hort as Elmer #2 so when Elmer was gone or busy #2 could post . So that confused people even more.

Verna was Mutt (Bill).

The Inspector was my Greg again.
They're all nuts if you ask me

On board Greg and Bill had a game of phone tag going between Verna, then Pablo, Jimmy Stewart, Walter Brennan and Pablo Senor and Captain Tom.
It was hilarious. Too much to write out here but they all had fun with it and thats what counts.

Now that most of the Nana's are chatting on "Facebook" there just isn't much activity on the DIS anymore.

I signed up with Facebook the other day, but I'm still mostly lost as to whats going on and knowing who is online.

So far I don't see any "green light" that tells me if another Nana is online with me.

The girls are doing well...Kierra rarely has headaches anymore.

I'm not sure what we are doing this year. We have airline tickets for Ontario to visit my brother and airline tickets to Arizona to visit my dad but our families are going through some tough times right now so I am not sure if we will go or not.

We are waiting until summer to book the cruise...it will depend on the value of our CN$. We cancelled the one we had booked simply because it became a good investment...we had it almost paid for and our CN$ dropped by 30%. Since we cancelled the cruise it has now dropped in price by $300 and our CN$ is now only 16% lower so hopefully we will rebook.

Your trip sound wonderful! We always wanted to do Discovery Cove but were waiting until Alicia was 6 so she can do the swim too. We always wondered if it was worth the cost but it does sound wonderful...and I never knew you got Seaworld passes with the admission to Discovery Cove.
