Well I'm about ready to call it a night.

I got all my work done today, so maybe I can just kick back and relax tomorrow?

Irrigation season is over, but I haven't shut water out of the canals yet.

Seems the state wants me to continue to run water into the canal system to help recharge the underground aquifer. I maybe running water until November sometime?

Oh well, as long as they keep paying me I'll keep running water through the snow?!

Allison great to hear from you. As Greg said drop by anytime.

We were all excited about this cruise until we heard the new ship isnt doing the 7 day, only taking the Wonders place. Now some are thinking maybe to do 3 and 4 day back to back during this week or a 3 or a 4 day cruise and a few days at the parks, of coruse then some are talking about doing Alaska now instead of this cruise.

So it is really up in the air right now. On the 29th they will announce the itenaries for the new ship. We are hoping it will go somewhere besides Nassau then it would be worth doing a shorter cruise.

Many had been interested in coming but now its a jumbled up mess.
Hopefully after the 29th we will figure it out.

One possibility is to wait for one more year for the big reunion cruise because then we will be on the new ship and be able to do 7 days.

some may do this cruise and next years too.

Heading into moms place so Greg can remodel more this weekend in the rain. We will take the RV and stay in the RV park at the edge of town. Only 2 minutes drive to his moms place.
So I will have internet this weekend to keep up with everyone. It is slow as dial up but at least I will have it.

Saturday the dogs are staying with the dog sitter for 4 hours while I shop for our cruise. Thats not alot of time but they live 5 minutes from tons of stores so it should work ok. Then I will be working on getting our good cruise clothes washed and ironed and repacked for the cruise. I leave in 16 days

We worked together and designed 2 door signs last night. I want at least one, maybe 2 more, then I will print them all off next week.

I am making progress.

Yes Greg i did sleep better last night. Still emotionally exhausted but i have been that way for months now. I really need our vacation this year.

Dr. did prescribe a new med for mom, takes 2 weeks to start working. If it works I will be able to visit again. It still wont be the happy visits of the past but at least I can see her. I have 2 flannel ladies shirts to leave off for her tomorrow. They are warm and she use to love that kind of shirt. I hope she still does. I wont go in myself but will leave them with the receptionist.

Time to get busy for the day. Have to put all the little things away before we drive all the way into town.

Maybe I'll rub it on my face....I hear Oregon mud is good for the complexion...maybe remove a few wrinkles?

Holly is still running a fever. We started her on some Augmentin yesterday. Hopefully that will take care of it.

so keep the months of FEb, March and April open.....I may need ya

Kathy glad your mom is doing a little better and your getting some sleep.

Jack is actually doing well on the medication...got home yesterday and not messes he did wake me at 3am to go out, which is ok and I'm hoping for a dry outcome when I get home today.
doggie diapers....he would never ware them.....i could see him chewing them though....

i have all but 5 minutes worth of work done putting things away to drive the RV in 2 or 3 hours. When Greg calls and says he is on his way home I iwll do the last little bit.

The sun is shinning brightly and its 65 outside. I have all the windows open which is really great. Too bad rain will be here this evening and ruin it all

Well, I got a call from the school today telling me Nicole was sick and needed taken home. I brought her home and she's now running a fever?

Gads! I thought we'd had our share of the flu and was on the tail end of thing?!

Janel just called me a few minutes ago to tell me that one of my friends is in the intensive care unit at the hospital with swine flu and things aren't looking good for him!

Maybe I'd better home school my kids this year?

Isn't living in the northwest wonderful?!

Only here can you be freezing one day with the heater on and then boiling hot with the a/c on the next!

Chayce has a band concert tonight, so I'll catch ya'll tomorrow.

Hi Everyone! Can't believe it's been almost 24 hours since anyone has posted!

We had a pretty decent day weather wise today. Cold, only got to the low 50s but he sun was finally shining! Got things like the van vacuumed, the leaf bags taken off, and such!

I am here Dawn,

I have been gone all day shopping for the upcoming vacation.
It dumped rain and wind all day long. Some how I lost my list, I think it blew out of my purse as I ran into the stores to get out of the rain.

I think I only missed one item but i just couldnt fin it, so I will look a bit in Roseburg tomorrow when I go for groceries.

Not much went on here today. I did irrigate my yard one last time. It was a nice day for it....I think we reach about 70 today and lots of sun!

Tomorrow I think the rain will be here again?

Janel took me out for a milk shake tonight and we just got back and I'm ready for bed.

Good afternoon!

A nice lazy Sunday afternoon here. Just got back from church with Brayden and Chayce. Janel stayed home with the two sick girls.

So far Holly has responded well to the antibiotic and is doing much better. Nicole....we're still doing the wait and see approach to see if its the flu or an infection? If she's still running a fever by Tuesday we'll start her on an antibiotic also, but today she seems to be doing better other then a cough.
