Hi all -

I met Kathy on one of the other boards and she suggested I pop over so I can meet everyone else going on our cruise - my name is Jennifer and my husband Devin, our three year old daughter Lily, and my mother Mary are all going on the 11-24-07 cruise. This is our first Disney cruise and we are so excited. My mother has never cruised before, so as she is going with us and because Lily is three, we're hoping DCL will make it a fantastic trip for all of us - in fact, one of my coworkers just called to tell me that she just caught a 1 hour special on the Disney cruiseline on the Travel Channel and now she and her family want to go it looked so fun. I've also been reading through the DCL cruise planning guide - awesome! Anyway, I look forward to getting to know all of you, even though we aren't technically bananaheads.

I'm trying to narrow down our cruise excursions right now...they all look great!! I'll check back soon - hope everyone has a lovely evening!

This is our first cruise too...we booked it last week. Our little girl Alicia is 3 too. We are all so excited!

Did I hear the word presents???????? There are 4 of us, myself and three teenage girls- yes I am crazy!
My finger isn't broken, something wierd I cannot prounce but it has the words "cut it out" attached to the diagnosis so I went into total denial and decided to try wearing a splint for 3 weeks. Of course my doc smiled tolerantly and said- he'd see me in three weeks to schedule the procedure!

Kayla is sick- looks and sounds like strep- off to her doc today..... never ending drama- Disney,, take me away from all this!
Off to work.... will check later!

Well, it Friday!!! I've got to tell ya' I actually like Mondays So flame me...........See, the weekends are running around, cleaning, etc. BUT I go to work on Monday and then Tuesday I'm off. DH is at work, DS is at school.....ahhhhhhhhhh yes sir, I do love Mondays. What's everyone doing this weekend?

I am so glad you decided to pop in and say hello to this crazy bunch of nana heads.
Now that you've posted you too are a head.

Shell, (woogal) will soon be in touch with you and will add you to the cruise mates list we have, then she will send you a list with all our names, some photos and stuff so you can get to know us without having to read over 400 pages of posts.

at the bottom of the list is info about the matching t-shirts we are wearing and our cruise meet info too.

Don't look at my picture!! Bill (cruisemutt) was sneaky with his camera last year and caught us relaxing on deck 4 and he posted that as our picture
So be warned he is a sneaky Mutt!!
I hope you will continue to post here and get to know everyone. We have a ton of knowledge about everything cruising and disney between all of us, so dont hesitate to ask questions if you want.

Jennifer & family! I'm Cheri, my DH and DD 6 are going on our 3rd DCL cruise -- 2nd with the Nanas!! We live in northern IL, about an hour northwest of Chicago.

Kathy -- I finally got caught up on posts yesterday -- so glad your grandson was o.k. That had to be terrifying for everyone. Did they figure out what happened, or are they just chalking it up to being a reaction to the shot?

Dawn - Lobster is in the regular rotation and as my friends pointed out yesterday, it's on Thursday. And your servers will keep bringing it until you say "uncle" We thought it was fair at best on our August cruise, but much better in November.
