PixieDust...How very exciting for you! I hope my DD catches a glipse of you that day. She will just beam in seeing a real life princess getting married on our Disney vacation.
We have a final number of 59 attending our wedding on Castaway Cay!!! We have two couples in our party celebrating 20 year anniversaries. I am getting very excited to see the Dream in person and GET MARRIED!!!![]()

THis is so exciting - we watched a wedding on Castaway Cay on our last cruise - it was beautiful. Congratulations to you and good luck!
Woo Hoo!! 10 weeks, or 68 days - 12 hours and 56 minutes! Not that we are counting down with any extreme anticipation or anything. . . HA!
We are late finding this board. Glad to see all the other excited people!
Just two of us on this sailing. Mom and DS-12yo. Flying in one day early, staying at AS-Sports. Then spending two add'l days post cruise at AK Lodge. Eager to experience Mickey's Very Merry Christams Party! Can it get any more exciting than Christmas and Disney?!?!
I fear I'm too late to get with the FE thing-y, but if there is any kind of get together I'd like to be part of that.
Congrats to the wedding couple! What a wonderful experience! Hope all goes wonderfully for you and your big party.
Did I read there is another mom/child sailing w/o the husband on this cruise? Glad to see I'm not the only one.
Let's hope all the bad weather is done tearing up the Caribbean for this year!
Okay, I'll quit chatting for now and get back to counting down. . .
Later,

And the excitment grows!
Shout out to "lidec" - Yes, we are taking the Disney transfers. I looked into the alternates, but for only 2 people they seem to be higher in cost than simply sticking with Disney. Sure wish I could get a good pickup time this far out though. I would like to grab a breakfast at the Cape May Cafe, but then I may be trying to stuff too much into too little of time. . . My excitment can over-whelm me sometimes.
To JMJ, I looked into dinner reservations at AKL, but knew we would want to maximize our time at MVMCP instead. Hopefully after the cruise, cookies and hot chocolate will hold us over.
Does anyone out there know if Palos offers the brunch on the 3 day cruise? Or is it only sailings with "sea" days?
Bummer about Palo brunch. Oh well. I've been there before and just can't pass it up, so I made an early reservation (we have late dining.) Hope I don't have to dine alone, or that I end up as a third wheel with another couple. Maybe they can tell me before I start. ?? Irregardless, all will be good I'm sure.
Glad to see there's another going Disney "commando" and racing from the cruise to MVMCP! Yay dthogue! What a great way to cap the back-to-back cruising!![]()

Hey SteelersLover! Are you taking the Disney shuttle to the pier? We might all be together. Fun. Were ya'll thinking of Palos for a dinner? Maybe us solo Mom's can all get together and it not be so awkward. For what it's worth I have a Palo dining resv at 6pm on Thursday. My DS-12 is so excitied about "his time" in Edge we thought this would work out great. Depending what dining room rotation we get, I may still in up in a dining room at 8:30p with him, simply ordering coffee. We shall see.
Even though I was born and raised an avid Bears fan, on a Disney cruise, I'm sure I can befriend a Steeler Lover anyway!
Go Bears!
Geaux Tigers!
