I am so excited people are starting to receive their cruise docs. I didn't receive ours today but I'll start keeping an eye out for them!

Thank you for the notice that they're having Halloween activities on the ship. That is awesome. DD will have a costume for MNSSHP so she can just use the same costume on the ship (if she doesn't ruin it at MNSSHP)!!

I missed a call today from the Miami area. I don't know anyone in Miami and when I called the number back, it rang but went to a voicemail but the voicemail didn't identify who the caller had been. Anyone have any idea of any affiliates of Disney are in Miami??

Disney Cruise is in Celebration, FL....so I have no idea on that one. Don't you hate when they don't leave a message.

Yes, it's extremely annoying.
I think me and DD are going to pay a visit to the halloween store this weekend to see if I can get any ideas on a costume. A costume for me, that is.

DD and I are going to hit the Disney Outlet after her swim lesson. I want to see if I can find us matching t-shirts for embarkation!

so i see everyone talking about going to MNSSHP the night before the cruise and whatnot, i dont believe bluecasbah and i intend on that but we are thinking about food and wine for a couple hours the day before the cruise....anyone thinking about hitting up food and wine?

Well it seems that UPS had a hard time finding my house because my address with DU was a little off. They had the South part of my street name in front of my city so it was listed as South Bixby. My packet from DCL was sent back and now I may not get it. I am so bummed because I was looking forward to that mailing.

Im going to the Dis outlet tomorrow here in Nashville..maybe ill find shirts for us too...and some deals!!
One thing good about these biz trips...it sure is making this trip come up fast!

We are all wearing pirate gear on the ship. It will probably double as costumes...but if i find something else im all over it...I LOVE Halloween! DD will be dressing as Cidnerella at MNSSHP.

I went to our Disney outlet yesterday and they didn't have much for adults and what they did have, I didn't like. So, DD walked out with a cute Ariel dress and some Cinderella pj's.

Only DD is dressing up for MNSSHP and she'll probably use that same costume for whatever they're doing on the ship.

My DD1 wants to be Ariel too, I'm surprised as she's never been into the Disney Princess stuff. DD2 wants to be Aurora. So we're heading off to the Disney store this afternoon to see what they have. I'm hoping I can find a cute Minnie Mouse for DD3. I may just get some Minnie Mouse ears for me.

They have the cutest Minnie dress for younger ones. It's pink! It is so adorable. And they definitely had an Ariel costume. I don't remember if they had Ariel but I'd be surprised if they didn't.

We just got home from some shopping. I'm tired.

hey just letting everyone out there know, mainly my fellow DH's....we went to macy's today in hopes to size myself up for a new suit and found they are having a 25% sale on their entire suit department starting wednesday so we pre-purchased an over $500 suit for under $200!!. so if anyone needs a new mens suit for the cruise like i did...i reccomend hitting macy's and save up a few bucks!

That was nice of you to share. My DH and DS don't wear suits. We went to Kohl's today and DH got some nice dress up pants and nice shirts. Of course, he also has to go to a wedding 12 days before we fly to Florida.

We just got back from the Disney Store and we got: Ariel for DD1 (works well as she is a redhead), Sleeping Beauty for DD2 and Tinkerbell for DD3. They didn't have any more pink Minnie Mouse costumes in 24 months and the 18 month size just fit. I didn't want to chance that she'd outgrow it in the next month. I'm a little disappointed as it was so unbelieveably cute.

I did pick up some Minnie Mouse ears for me! And on the way home, DH said that he'll probably bring his suit. So nice to read that other DHs will be as well. He's starting to get into planning mode. He asked me how many beach days we get and what we're going to do and what we're going to eat.

I think I've got a plan now for our pre-cruise alcohol/water purchases. We arrive at 10 pm at MCO and we're staying at the Hyatt. DH says he won't be able to sleep so he's going to go out to buy the water and see if the liquor store is open. If it's closed, he'll go out again in the morning and we'll catch the earliest Disney shuttle that we can to the port. Originally, I was planning on catching a 9 or 9:30 shuttle, but if it's slightly later that's OK.
