The challenges are going ok, but the weight loss thing is not going so well. I'm pretty sure I've gained this week, which doesn't make me happy.
This week's challenges were no dessert (which is insane!) and weight training exercises (doable).
On Tuesday, I was able to go to the gym before the boys got up, which worked really well, but then due to the weather, the gym has been closed the rest of the week, so I didn't get to go. That hasn't helped much, and I'm feeling a bit depressed about it actually. I don't want to gain anymore, but it seems like 1 big meal or 1 day where I eat over my points is enough to make me gain!
