That is awesome, I love the stitching on it. Doesn't that just make you want to be on the boat. I just can't wait.

SO CUTE!

That is absolutely darling - love it!!!!!!!!

Did I read correctly - Nancy made it?

Nancy sent it to me as a gift cos I sent her all my photos from the October cruise cos she didnt like her own:goodvibes . She didnt make it but she might be able to point you in the right direction to who did. I think the lady makes them as a little business.

Isnt Nancy a little:angel:

Hi Jen - hows the work diet thingy going?

Hope you're doing well.:thumbsup2

I got to the gym today - the new equipment is lovely! - apart from it taking me about 15 minutes to programme the dreadmill:lmao: - technology!:scared:

They all have tv screens on them now so I can run and watch trashy tv at the same time:thumbsup2

then I did the aqua class straight after the gym - gotta get rids of some calories:yay:

ME TOO!!!

Nancy is the best, we all know it.

Me Three!! ;) I have a friend who makes purses and she is going to play around at making one for me. I will post it when she gets it done.

And yes, Nancy is the best!!!

The challenges are going ok, but the weight loss thing is not going so well. I'm pretty sure I've gained this week, which doesn't make me happy.

This week's challenges were no dessert (which is insane!) and weight training exercises (doable).

On Tuesday, I was able to go to the gym before the boys got up, which worked really well, but then due to the weather, the gym has been closed the rest of the week, so I didn't get to go. That hasn't helped much, and I'm feeling a bit depressed about it actually. I don't want to gain anymore, but it seems like 1 big meal or 1 day where I eat over my points is enough to make me gain!

Dont beat yourself up about it - you cant control the weather and therefore couldnt control the gym. (you could however control the desserts:lmao: )

I'm dreading weighing in tomorrow after my pre-weigh in this morning - I am hoping it was a scales glitch but if not I'm a bobagainer too.:sad2:

Are you doing weight watchers? I did it for ages but I wasnt that good at it - I'd usually eaten my points by midday:rolleyes1

My friend however loses loads with it - she sticks to her points religiously and she looks fab:rolleyes: - I just cheat too often on points:rolleyes1

Keep at it Jen - the odd hick up isnt a problem as long as you dont hick up every week:goodvibes

Off to collect Ellis from Karate - here he is with his new belt on :cutie:

He's real proud of that red stripe!:goodvibes

Feeling much better today...........:goodvibes :goodvibes :goodvibes

Yesterday morning was only bad because I had to do do 75 curb meters, and most of them were filled with water, which meant I had to bail each one of them out so I could get to the meter to read it. Most of these curb meters are 2.5 to 3 feet deep and it took my just over 4 hours of kneeling on the cold damp ground to get them done. With these old knees of mine, I wasn't feeling all that great after getting them done. Today, I didn't have any curb meters to do, which is why I am having a much better day!!!!!!! :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2

I have done Weight Watchers before with success, and I am counting points now, but not going to meetings (too much $$$ - have to save for the cruise!). I seemed to do really well on their Core plan, but there's a lot of planning and not a lot of flexibility when doing that plan (for me anyway). We'll see how the next week goes before I get really discouraged, but I just weighed in at work for the Biggest Loser challenge and I am up 2. :headache:
