Its real windy here at the moment - trees are bent over and it sounds like the roof will fly off any minute. I wont be going far today. Probably stay in with the munchkin and play wii. Now we have 2 remotes we can play together without fighting over whose turn it is

Just ran outside to put the trash out by the curb and my trashcans were frozen to the ground.............

Not as cold as some of you folk, but our windchill this morning is at 5 above zero............ I will be dressing in many layers today..........

Andy, we got 4 degrees right now without including the wind chill index. I can only imagine what it might be once that factor is included.

good morning all.
our ds called at 11:30 last nite. they made it safely home from florida.
they decided to leave a day early since was to be very cold down there.
thats the good part ive always liked about driving. you can leave early or stay an extra day if you feel like it. not tied into a flight.
it took them 18 1/2 hrs to drive home though.
