What's stilton and are you talking about cold turkey or chicken?:confused3

I dont know what stilton is either. Diane

Stilton? Is it a season-all type spice?

Stilton is a cheese that is made in England; it is made in two varietals: the commonly known blue and the less common white. I've never eaten it but if you like blue cheeses it's supposed to be very good.

By the way - Happy New Year to everyone ... hope you are all well and I hope to spend more time here going forward than I have over the last few weeks. :goodvibes

Sorry folks - I thought you had it over there. I know you have "mouldy" cheese cos I had some on Brenda's scrummy cheese platter onboard.

Brenda got it right:thumbsup2 - trust the foodie!:goodvibes

Its a hard strong blue cheese - delicious and you hardly need any. You have hard blue cheese in USA - Just use that if its a strong flavour. Slice the chicken breast open or bash it thin and then sprinkle on a teeny bit of blue cheese and then cook in the oven.

You mean like this Nancy...................

Me likey that bottle!:yay:

Yes Andy!! Make mine move too. :lmao:

I think Jeff could have fun with that phrase above....................:rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

Maybe when you reduced the size, that might have messed something up.

Not going there, but it would be better if the conversation was reversed. Many more comments could be made.

And yes, a reduced size would be an issue. :rolleyes1 I'm sure it effects the graphic too.

We have malls every street corner in San Antonio. Diane

We live in a rural county without even a red light. Only one high school. We wouldn't want to live anywhere else, but it does seem remote sometimes.:cool1:

Right now we are watching our beloved WVU Mountaineers play Oklahoma. :woohoo:
Let's go Mountaineers!:cheer2:

Good Evening everyone!
First day back to school, and nobody wanted to be there. I am so tired, missed that sleeping in today.

We are supposed to have a pretty good storm move in here tomorrow. I can't wait until winter is over.

Ok I'm taking my downer self to the kitchen and make dinner, seems like there is some law to where I have to feed my kids.;)

We missed having to go today due to snow. AND we're already on a two-hour delay for tomorrow. I'm glad because the kids really want to watch the Mountaineer game.

Were your kids sleepy today, too? Our kids are always a little groggy after a break - helps with behavior.:teacher:

Those who showed up. I had a teacher that had 9 kids absent out of his first period class.

Hi everyone

The snowstorm is over. I was right... We didn't get as much as they said we would. Only about 7 inches. But strong winds and nice drifts.

It's 12 degrees right now. I don't mind low temps as long as it isn't windy.
(that wind chill is brutal)

I agree. We're at 18 degrees, but windchill is 2 degrees. DS had a tooth pulled this afternoon and I bundled up his mouth getting from car to store and store to car. That cold air . . . Brrrr!

I can ski all day if the wind doesn't blow.

Absences are a big problem for us, too. My favorite is when a child who misses a lot has his parents call for his homework. We all take time to get the work together and send it with books to the office and no one bothers to pick it up!
We have the same problem here too. Or my favorite today was when a student came in to get her homework because she forgot school started back today:confused3 . Told her to come back tomorrow and get it. We have a large hispanic community and this is usually the month we have a lot of absences due to them going to Mexico for the holidays.

No snow, but we are supposed to get 40 mph winds starting tomorrow night. Had to go outside and lay the umbrella down, don't need a broken window.

Hope tooth heals fast and with little pain. Poor guy.
