Good morning folks

What games do you all recommend for the Wii and are 2 controllers necessary?

Heather - get the wii play game - it comes with a free remote. Gamestation have it at the moment online - you have to buy a "package" - a memory card - but you'll need one anyway. Slightly cheaper that way. You will need a 2nd numchuck. I ordered mine from Game - arrived safely. Most stores by us are all sold out of everything. Good games are wario smooth moves and Carnival - both have you out your chair and moving.

Karen I know what you mean sweetie, I really need to kick my diet into gear after what I have eaten over the past few weeks...............
My dessert last evening at Red Lobster was a Large Warm Chocolate Chip Lava Cookie covered with ice cream, and drizzled with chocolate syrup. Our waiter asked how I enjoyed it, and I told him it was sinfully good, LOL!!!

Thanks Robin. i am trying VERY hard. It gets frustrating sometimes cause I just want to eat more of my normal foods and know I can't have them. Turkey and grilled chicken have become my staple foods. I love them on a normal day but they tend to get old. But i keep thinking to myself nothing tastes as good as being skinny will feel!!!

If I have chicken/turkey - flatten it out a little then crumble just a teeny tiny bit of stilton inside and fold it over/roll it up. It makes such a difference and gives a lovely taste for very few calories. I'll be stocking up on chicken breasts today at the shops - its so easy to get bored of them though

Time to get another day underway, Winter Break is over, so I have to get Angelina moving so she can get ready or school, then I need to get mysellf ready for work. Baby, it's outside this morning!!!

How did Nancy get that cool Bob bottle siggy?

That cool BOB bottle should be rotating back and forth between the bubbles and a DCL ship inside of it. I can't get it to do that. Cass? Andy? Jeff?..can you make that happen??

Karen, I got Photoshop Elements for Christmas and I was playing a little with it. All I did was add the text.

I think May 7-11. I am not very sure how long we are going for. It is for our anniversary weekend. Good job losing weight. I am back on track today. It sure will be hard since I have not paid attention to what I have eaten in 3 weeks. I will see the damage tomorrow at Weight Watchers. Diane

Yeah, you were close to us. Christiansburg is one of the closest malls to us. When Andy says he runs over to pick up his DD, I'm jealous. We have to plan trips to a mall. 40+ minutes is the closest one.

I am home and the procedure wasn't too bad actually--after I was numb! I have sent Rob to the store for meds and popsicles.

Stilton is a cheese that is made in England; it is made in two varietals: the commonly known blue and the less common white. I've never eaten it but if you like blue cheeses it's supposed to be very good.

By the way - Happy New Year to everyone ... hope you are all well and I hope to spend more time here going forward than I have over the last few weeks.
