OK ... enough bathroom humorless. I'm going to bed ... I have some ugly days looming at the bank this week ... and for many weeks in the forseeable future. It is a bad bad time to be in the banking industry, and we don't even do much in the way of mortgage lending.

Hello Kruisers! I followed Brenda over here because we (meaning I) am interested on going on this cruise. Only one problem- DH doesn't want to cruise. He is scared of the idea of being "trapped" on a boat with a bunch of strangers, having to dine with said strangers, and generally being "taken for a ride every time I want a beer". And the thought of a "Disney" cruise has his head filled with screaming children and oblivious parents. He is also shocked at the price (I priced out a veranda room ;) ) We are DVC members and AP holders so all we really pay for in Florida is airfare and meals. He really doesn't get the point that this would be the same cost as staying at WDW at a deluxe resort and having the meal plan. Please, please, please help!!! Everyone here seems so wonderful and I know we would have an amazing time! Any tibits I can plant in his brain would be very much appreciated!

Thanks a million!!

Shelley
Our first cruise was just this past Oct, w/this group. You couldn't have asked for a greater bunch of people. My DH says it is by far the most relaxing vacation ever. Yes it is a Disney Cruise, but there is so much to do and things are so spread out, it's not like an overload of kids in one area.
Hope you can convince him.

Janice

Blocked ... or constipated?

Edited to say: Nancy got the pooh-pee FO. ;-)

Ok, we're gonna have to separate you two on the cruise, otherwise I will keep soiling MYSELF!! :lmao:

The pics are adorable. She's such cutie. I can't remember, will she be on the cruise? Our DS was three on his first "truise." He can still remember alot.:goodvibes

If we do go (still not sure about that one) then I highly doubt that she will be joining us. She will be just shy of 3 and probably not potty trained and not allowed in the clubs or pool. And I think she would be too big to enjoy Flounders.

Sigh, I wish KK2 was THIS October! Hey, anyone for KK 1.5????:rolleyes1

LOL, yeah a little familiar perhaps

Speaking of such things....did you get my PM? Did you see the 2 clips??? I am still perplexed as to how I never saw those before!!! :confused3

I tried to look at it this morning but my speakers are shot on my desktop. I did just look at it again and there's no way those scenes were in the original. I'd love to see more of those. :)

Ok, well it's almost midnight in Wisconsin :rolleyes1

Soooooo......

:bday: :dance3: party: Happy Birthday Nancy!!! party: :dance3: :bday:

DS was 3.5. And, last time, our kids weren't much on the clubs. We didn't mind so much because we are used to being with the kids all the time on vacation. Everything was new to all of us.

This time I think the teenage DD will venture out and we'll see about DS at 9. It will be a little different, I'm sure.

Yeah, 3.5 would be a good age! He must have had lots of fun!

If Kira was 3.5 on this cruise I would definitely want to take her but I think it would be too much stress keeping her out of the pool and occupied all day.

Alright, looks like everybody left me. :sad1:

I guess I will go join my husband. He's watching Buck Rogers. Scary, very scary. :crazy2: :scared1:

That man will watch anything if it's set in space :lmao: :teleport:

Hello all. Well I should have been in bed about 2 hrs ago!! (thanks gang. I am going to blame my lack of sleep and poor production at work tomorrow on y'all) but....

We are a Kruizin with B.O.B!!!!!!!

I was given the big :thumbsup2!!! Now which dinner do we book and can we add the port transfer later? (we are going to book our own airfare and are not sure when we are flying in) Woody (DH) wanted to know this before he booked something.

I'm too excited to sleep!!!!:dance3:    :dance3:

Howdy Becky........:wave2:

I never did get into the new repo thread, by the time I saw it, it was already over 200 posts and I didn't feel like trying to get caught up, good thing too, the last I saw that thread was over 1200 posts already.

Having a hard time keeping up with all the posts on the WB repo... we did an unofficial head count tonight (final Payment is the 10th...) and we figure that we have 325 Diser's on that trip!!! Now to find the place to do a group picture... and I'm wondering how I got volunteered to do that one!!!

Oh, man! I'd LOVE to stay in that new suite they have in the castle!
Is that what you mean?

I mean, c'mon! They only have 1 of those! What are the chances anyone has of getting to stay there? And what would that cost be!?

I want to stay there!princess:

Rose - that means Me, Brenda, Carrie, Paige and you are partying in the suite in the castle - the rest are on the Wonder.:goodvibes

Fancy another disney question?

Insired from Jen's earlier comment -

Whats your favourite character? - apart from Mickey

and is there a charcter you dont like and why?

We'll if i'm not allowed Mickey, even Fantasia Mickey, then it's either Stitch or Eeyore.
