Engage the core/lower trapezius muscle. I've also found that (in general, for any coaster with over-the-shoulder restraints) it really helps if you've been on it before/enough and really know the layout so you can anticipate the inversions and sort of subconsciously maneuver your head/neck accordingly. Easier said than done I'll admit, but I've never had too many problems with RnRC. The coaster I still struggle with sometimes is The Hulk over at Universal.
