That was me. We were talking about the pictures people got before the KK cruise and it seemed like a lot of us were up at that time. So I threw it out there for a 4:00 a.m. DIS meet to watch the Magic sail back in.

Just need someone to make the run down to the Dunkin Donuts.

I was wondeing if we could book the two segments separate too. Can you do that with Midwest and not be penalized? I think I need to pull up their website now too

Like I said, usually when they are in direct competition with AT, they will let you do the one-way at 1/2 the rate since AT will sell it that way.

We've done probably 2-3 trips in the last year or so going down to FL on one and back on the other. It all comes down to times and fare to which airport. We've come in to TPA on one airline and out of MCO on the other.

Delta sometimes lets you do one-way too, but you'd have to connect with them.

Public schools in general in WI are pretty good. Our issue is we pay a ton in property taxes, live in one of the top districts in all of the Milwaukee metro area, and still send DS to a private school.

You must in the Arrowhead school district Jeff. I thought I saw somewhere that they are still number 1.

Cass and Jeff ... it's too bad you're not in Missouri today. All kinds of wicked thunderstorms blowing through in waves starting with the fabulous drench-fest I had to drive through to get to work this morning. Saw some wicked lighning while I was driving.

I'm looking out the window of my office and it's pretty ugly here too B.

How many of us will be interested in a group rate near port the night before the BOB?

So for you early risers going to the Welcome the Magic back meet....what time do you go to bed the night before to be able to make it to the meet by 4AM?????

I doubt we will get to the Radisson until 8 or 9 that night so I will be at the pool by 9 or 10, will I miss you all because you will be in bed???

I won't be down until at least 11:00 that night.

Usually sleep light the night before the cruise, not to mention up a couple of times.

For breakfast we usually just order something light(toast, fruit, juice, etc.) from room service cuz we know we will be eating a nice lunch when we get on the ship.

We're not leaving WDW until Saturday morning ... my guess is that we'll be antisocial and use FL Tours again on a roundtrip transfer. They pick us up at the airport, take us to the grocery store, then take us to the resort, pick us up and take us to the cruiseline port, and then pick us back up at the port and drive us to the airport.

We like the towncar service because we don't have to wait on anyone else (yes, we're impatient jerks) and can enjoy a nice, quiet relaxing ride just the two of us.

That's it. Can you believe I don't send my kid to it? We're in the #1 elementary school in the District on top of it (there are 8 that feed into the HS).

I forgot to mention, not all people were in the pics, some were outside or using the "facilities" when I went around taking the pics. I couldn't get everyone in the room at the same time. I know we had 52 people signed up for the meet.

I've never been in the cove cafe either. I am not a coffee drinker and all the smoke right outside makes me crazy. But I will let all of you know in September.

I just got a phone call from Diana at the Radisson. She will send me an email on Mon. or before including what is involved in booking a block of rooms, cancellation policies when you book a block of rooms and she will include rates for the Fri. Oct.23,2009 for a group rate for a romm only, a room and including breakfast and for a park & cruise rate.

Cass I hope I'm not stepping on your toes with this, when I called this morning I didn't realize you had started checking on this too. If you want to handle this it's fine with me

How did you get so many tables? We had to wait forever for just one. It took a few pina colada's until they called our name.

I don't blame you there Bendy That's why we like to rent a car, no waiting...no stopping for others. We go where and when we want. We know the area really well by now. Usually we rent from Budget so Rob drops us off at the port and then returns the car and gets a free lift back! Easy-peasy!

I wouldn't get to the early meet until at least 5am. I went to bed around 11pm and woke up at 5am, my mom was already awake, so we just ran out the door at got to the parking lot next to Grills around 5:15 and we still waited about 15 minutes for the ship to pass us. We hadn't planned on going to the port, but since we were both up, we said, "Why not!!!"
