Evening everyone
Only just got my pc up and running .It broke this morning.
I did my cycle ride.... and got badly sunburnt in the process...didnt think it was that hot - I now have bright red marks from my vest top.
... not a good look
On the positive side - I did an hour hard cycling and then I've clocked up 8000 steps on top today
Diet wise - I've not cheated onceStill under my points

Thanks! I have started watching my points and doing ok. I have to exercise. I bought my dress for the wedding a size smaller and have gotten to the point that I can zip and breath in it not a deep breath but I will not pass out now.I have not lost much weight but must be losing inches. I have been doing the eliptical machine at least three nights a week for 30 minutes on the weight loss and the playing golf at least once a week so I am active but it is coming off ssslllooowww.

Sorry about that! Sometimes I forget about how big the DIS is. The people on the Budget Board and the Rewards Board talk about SR all the time. But I guess we don't really ever talk about it on the Cruise board.
Without sounding like an advertisement, I own a site that does cash back shopping, money for surveys, etc. We have a LOT of members (like 5000 to 10000) from the DIS because we let people cash out for Disney gift cards and Disney Dollars. We even had a member cruise on the DCL last fall. So I have some cute Sunshine Rewards/Disney Cruise stuff that I can bring with me in October for people who want it. If you aren't an SR member, you probably wouldn't want a pin or bag that says "Sunshining My Way to Disney." LOL!
I'm sure you'll look wonderful. As I said to Karen, make sure you eat 18 points a day, otherwise your body will start to store food instead of burning it.
Think of your body as a fire and you must keep the fire with enough fuel to keep it burning. Too much or too little and it will go out!
