I will say - don't call it a diet...you are changing your eating habits.

I agree just a change of eating habits. You can eat almost anything just have to watch your portion size.

First of all, I want to say thank you for all your hugs and prayers for myself and family. They are very much needed and welcomed. Walt and I had a great time here in Niagara Falls, Canada. We walked around. Can you believe we found a Harley dealer right when we got here so we bought a few t shirts. One for Walt, me and Elijah. We also found a build a bear store so we bought Asiah's bear a Canadian outfit. She will love it. We rode the ferris wheel and got alot of great pictures. It was a fun ride. It was huge. The biggest ferris wheel I have ever seen. We also went on the Maid of the Mist. What a great experience. Saw lots of rainbows. I loved So did Walt. We ate at Kelsey's for dinner and had a Canadian Molson. It was good. Our first Canadian beer. We walked back down to the Falls this evening. They were beautiful with the color on them. I even got to talk to my buddie Robin while I was walking there. We are very excited to see them in a couple days. We will leave bright and early on Friday. Hope Our Harley wont be too loud for their neighborhood. Walt is sleeping. I really need to do a couple post cards but I might wait until tomorrow. Talk to you all later. Good for you, but remember to eat at least 18 points a day. Nancy won't thank you for not using sunblock.

I'm eating out on Sat so I'm trying to manage on 17 or 18 points a day so I can "save" a few points for Saturday.

Ouch! Sorry about the sunburn - hope it gets better soon! But YAY on all the cycling and staying on points - you are doing great!!!

Isn't it I love my elliptical!!! I've strayed from it a little in the past 2 weeks but after my trip we will be having a 3.5 month love affair, meeting every night

I think we might see the sun today we have had eight streight days of rain or showers. It better clear off before July 11th thats when we head for York Beach for two weeks.

I got worried for a few minutes this afternoon that we would have to switch our cruise to another date!! My new boss - who I am very excited about - is due with a baby on 10/19 and since I'm kind of the "second in command" - we can't be out at the same time. But she told me do not change the cruise - it was all put into place before she took over .

Whew - didn't want to make a change!

Off to wish my old boss goodbye. Glad I didn't wear mascara today!!

Phew...that was close.
