FEs have taken over my house!!! They are every where and I am in the "new" group with only 5 families! I could not imagine being in a big group with 60 families......My island, my floor, my bar stools, my kitchen table..... how will transport these things.....

I didn't know there was a 'new' group - glad everyone is so into this!!! Good luck with your FE's, remember you can always just pack your FEs and buy clothes on the ship and at the ports

I have everything in a pile but haven't started filing it yet. I really can't wait to see my DH face when I whip out a highlighter to start highlighting the things on the navigator that we want to do. He will seriously lose his mind. He is soooooo go with the flow and is ALWAYS late. I on the other hand like to know what will be going on next year and plan plan plan plan and I hate to be late.... Opposites attract!

As I am also part of the original and "new" group FE, Let me know if you are doing a meet, I would love to go.

I would love to meet everyone but I really don't know how we would coordinate that.... This is our first cruise so we are going into this a little blindsided..... even though looking at my house right now, you would think that I know what I am doing....LOL! Maybe we can leave a note in each others FE hanger and meet at the pool or the bar..... Those are the two places i plan to frequent the most!

My hubby doesn't require near as much clothes as I do so if all else fails, I can buy laundry soap and wash his clothes for him to wear again.... this would allow more space for FEs....lol! Just kiddin.....

Sorry to come in so late, but saw the date and this is when we are sailing too!! Booked ages ago, but had no idea about these fun boards!!
We are getting ready to leave in just a day and will spend a little time at WDW first.
That is so exciting to be doing this cruise in just a few days. We are avid cruisers, but this is our first time with Disney and obviously first time on the Dream!
We can't wait!!!

As for 'The crazies', I am in!!! My house is filled with FE gifts, I have our clothes everywhere to pack, we leave tomorrow, we stay in wdw for a few days first. And don't forget my Accordian folder. I have been steady printing stuff to go into it for days! I cant wait to meet you all. See you in a few days!!!

So I'm super behind on this thread! I haven't read anything since we posted the finalized FE list! I'm seeing that there are is a new group of FE people, and I can add a few more little gifts in with my FE gifts I just need to know exactly who we're adding- can someone summarize who else wanted to be included?

Hello Everyone...

So, I have made the journey to Portland and back to get my nieces...now we are just a few hours away from our flight to Orlando! I can't wait to see everyone on Sunday.

As for printing the FE list (the "original" group as I guess it has become!), dont worry too much, I will have printed copies on board. I will bring them to the meet (3pm Atrium..right?) and I will also put the extra copies in the bottom pocket of my FE on the first night. So, you should be covered either way!!

OK...off to breakfast and then the DFW airport!

My Disney travel agent said that slacks and a button down with out a tie or coat was appropriate. I asked several times and she assured me of that!

Hi FE friends,
West Coasters cabin number is changing, we were able to move from a porthole to a Verandah for a small fee but no cabin assignment yet. Not sure what it is yet but will try and leave a note on our old cabin number so our FE friends will know.

Can you tell me how you were able to get "small fee?" I was going to change yesterday from the same because it appears price had dropped. When I punched in like a new ressie, a verandah was like $4300 but when I tried to modify my existing, the exact same ressie was, like, $6800. I just didn't get that AT all.

I called them directly and asked. I went from a porthole to a verandah gty for $200. A few days ago it was $400 and I just kept trying. First he said it was available, then he came back and someone grabbed it and then a few minutes later it popped back up and he grabbed it locked it in for me. I think $200 is a "small fee', I hope you agree... I believe you will have good luck at the port. There are a lot of verandah rooms still available and I can imagine they will upgrade you for a similar price, maybe even less!

BTW, We got our cabin assignment - as of now we are #6530

We went from an 8D porthole to a 5D verandah - I am pleased!

Also, if we do get changed again, our FE has our names on it.
It says, "Wolf Family" and Cameron and Allyson's names on their pockets! I'll keep you posted if anything does change....

Looking forward to meeting everyone in 48 hours! So excited!

That's a GREAT price. We are 8C and when I tried to go to a 6 last week, it was $1200!!!!

Since this was a sweeps win, I have to call marketing, not DCL, and it's a pain in the ole ****. There is no real incentive for them to be real helpful, so.....
