We are almost BCV owners. We should finish up this week and get our member number soon.
Of course we want to get into BCV but we understand that because we are traveling in early Dec that we are most likely going to be wait listed.
We are planning a family reunion and my father figures we will need a 2 bedroom and a 1 bedroom. I think it will be best if we all get the meal plan.
So here is the question. Do we try to make this all one reservation or can we or should we make this two separate reservations?
What are the pros and cons of this, if this is possible?
I was thinking that food plan wise, it might be better to split it up since that would allow one group to not get the dining plan. But then as the planner of this whole thing, that is going to make planning meals very difficult.
If we split it up we could easily end up in two different resorts, right?
After we get our member number what do I need to actually make these reservation(s)? I think I heard that I need names, ages and addresses of everyone coming. Is that correct?
How possible or difficult is it to add or remove people from a reservation?
Is there anything else a newbie needs to know?
