Thanks for inviting us! We had a great time even if it was so hot I lost 10lbs in sweat!! The fireworks were awesome! Who needs Liberty Fest when you have the Charlefour's!! Your fireworks pics turned out great! Another reason I need a new camera!

I go in spurts, sometimes I am really good about it other days I am not. Can you believe I forgot to take a family photo?! I was looking through the photos and I did not even really get a decent shot of Lilian by herself.

Wow steph less than 2 months to go. Can you believe how fast it goes with the summertime upon us. It will be here before you know it.

I had to get caught up on your PTR so just a few comments. If your doing MK prior to MNSSHP then head to fantasy land first, do the rides that have shorter wait times. Go to MNSSHP a few hours prior to 7pm and you will see the ride times really shorten. We got dumbo, the carrosel, speedway, IASWAA, and dinner at cosmic rays in all before MNSSHP started. It worked out great and I think dumbo was only a 10min wait. You may find that at the beginning of the day it will be a short wait to. I would just play it by ear.

I love the pics of the kids and the fireworks. 4th of july is my favorite holiday and I know this is horrible to say but being on vacation this 4th of july made me sad. We didnt have our usual traditional picnic and evening fireworks. It didnt even feel like the holiday. We did have a great time otherwise though so I shouldnt complain. Im glad you had a great day!

I have been working on getting more organized for our upcoming trip—it is going to be here so quickly! Since starting to plan for the trip, I have created several documents to help me stay organized. I thought I would share a couple with you:

This chart is my at-a-glance of where we will be at any given times. I took of the ADR numbers to show here on DIS, but my copy has the ADR numbers written where appropriate.

This is my hours chart, so I can quickly look to see what parks are open what hours and when the parades and nighttime shows are running.

I am working on creating daily sheets that has the order I believe we follow for moving throughout the parks, daily goals, packing remainders and touring plans and TGM information. I will be posting them upcoming as I would like to get feedback on order I am shooting to do things. I know there is no right or wrong way to tour the parks, but there certainly must be a more efficient way than others.

What are your favorite organizational tools? If you care to post a picture, I would love to see it too.

Thanks Lindsay! The summer is flying by so quickly! I bet it flew by for you last summer too, getting ready for your trip.

I don't think we will get MK on MNSSHP until 5:30 or so because we are eating at 1900 PF for Lilian's birthday dinner. I know it cuts down on time we will actually have prior to it starting, but it will be pretty special too! I am going to be posting daily plans here soon (still working on them) so I would love your feedback. Especially given we are traveling about the same time this year as you did last year.

4th of July is my favorite holiday too! I think it would feel odd not to have our annual BBQ.

I don't like to carry around anything too large. I'm more of a compact kind of girl. I can't forget about my super huge ultimate packing list! That thing is my lifesaver!

We did have a nice 4th Michelle, I hope you did too! Thank you--I feel like I am learning about but I know there is much more I could do with it. I am happy with where I am at at the moment though.

I hope the fireworks shots come out! Of course, we have to make it to the fireworks first.

I want to make smaller but most likely I will just fold it up and stick it in my journal notebook. Small and compact in the park but the bigger sheets at the resort is the way I think I am going to go.
